I’ve had work done before so with a new issue I called them back, to my surprise this service was under warranty which I didn’t realize I had. Anthony was great to have as my service tech. He explained everything he was doing letting me know what the issue was and figured out what the cause was. He took about 25 minutes to complete the entire service. Anthony was very friendly. I will definitely call and request him again if I ever need service.

Recently I called your firm to have my garage door repaired. Each time I would push the wall button to lower the garage door I needed to hold the wall button during the entire travel of the door to the floor. If I stopped pushing the button at any time during the doors closure it would immediately stop, reverse direction and return to a fully open status. After just a few moments the repair technician, determined it was a bad garage door floor sensor which caused the door to behave in this manner. He replaced this sensor and everything worked acceptably. Additionally, He noticed that the door did not close completely on one end of the garage floor. He was able to do additional adjustments on the torsion springs that greatly improved the doors closure and alleviated this problem. This was all above and beyond what was needed and I greatly appreciated his efforts to address this situation. I will always tout your firm's professionalism and expertise regarding garage door installations, troubleshooting and repair, Thanks again, for a truly rewarding professional service call !

The spring on my door broke. It was late, 10PM, and I booked, on Precision’s website, an appointment for the next day. At 8AM I got a call from Anthony telling me he was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken spring and some rusted cables, rollers and brackets. All done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Precision and Anthony.

Precision Garage Service knocked it out of the park. I chose this company based on a review by someone I know. Brandon called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled appt. He gave me anticipated eta and showed up as he said. There is something to be said when the service provider introduces himself, maintains eye contact, smiles and shakes your hand. Everything was explained well in advance and when job was completed, Brandon reviewed what was accomplished. There was no high pressure "upsell". It was nice to receive a prompt email thanking me for my business along with an attached invoice and guarantee. Again, pleased with professionalism and service provided.

Dear Anthony, I prayed who to call and felt strongly to connect ,even though a gal my age suggested different. I am 82 + and was so pleased and grateful for his politeness and good manners coming to the door and not too close. We chatted and he sure listened well and encouraged me with such gentleness and then explained after he checked all over talking about what he saw. Good and not so good. Repeated more as well. He answered the choices he had after I went in the house to leave him to continue. He did not mind me watching and learning what I could. I just sensed an honesty as we chatted and then again explaining the new door and the rebuild choice. What a prayer was answered, as he completed fixing the door as it sure looks great. He will be back to finish the one problem I have with mice who chew the rubber seal on Wednesday.
