The spring on my door broke. It was late, 10PM, and I booked, on Precision’s website, an appointment for the next day. At 8AM I got a call from Anthony telling me he was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken spring and some rusted cables, rollers and brackets. All done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Precision and Anthony.

Four years ago one of my friends in the remodeling trade referred me to Precision for a new garage door. I was very pleased with the ease of getting the job done and the professionalism of the installer and for the operation of the door for the last four years. For some unknown reason, the cable popped off on the Sunday evening before I was to leave for a week's vacation. My early morning call promised an afternoon service call, but then I got a call from the service tech for 9:00 AM. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes flat and my bill was $.00! After the door was repaired, Anthony explained what he did to enable working order for our door and then spent considerable time showing me new door options; he listened carefully, spoke clearly and took time to summarize for my husband who was at the office. In the past when my garage door failed I called precision and was amazed at how quickly they got to my house. They did a fabulous job rebuilding the door with new springs cables. Everything else in addition to a 10 year guarantee. A week later, my dear old aunt backed into her garage door with a new car. She screwed around with a couple companies and then asked me what to do. I told her to call precision. I went out to her house the day that the representative came. He was able to salvage her door in addition to programming the opener in her car, which I was not able to do, and the Mercedes dealer was not able to do. So I am really happy with this company!! Once the weather got colder the keypad opener on my door was giving me problems so I called Precision to come and replace that and check out the door lubricate whatever we need. The representative did a wonderful job in addition to educating me on some different issues with garage doors. I’m always thankful for anybody that teaches me anything; education is very valuable.
