I was just seeking an estimate and ended up being fortunate enough to get my repair taken care of on the spot during that appointment! Booked appointment on line. Was immediately contacted to confirm. Technician called to see if he could come earlier. Came, assessed door opener issue, explained, offered options, installed, demonstrated new door opener, answered all questions, cleaned up, and left. Super friendly, up front, and engaging. Biggest bonus—same day service. Might have been a little pricey but I didn’t have time to shop around. Based on my experience with Precision I would highly recommend them.

Anthony Fermano showed up 3 hours after I called today and was wonderful providing door information and quote. (Overhead door was 2 weeks out before they could make it) In addition, my door was stuck and not working at all manually, and he said, "We cant have that" and proceeded to put things back in order and working before he knew whether I would buy a door or not. What great service! I did buy my 2 doors from him right there and then.

My garage door would not open. I called Precision Garage Door to request service. Anthony showed up at my house in about 1 hour. He checked everything and resolved the issue within minutes. He also showed me how to reset my garage door opener with the battery backup. He also made a minor adjustment to the springs on the door. There was no charge for his service. Bottomline...I received fast, friendly service at no charge. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door service.

Absolutely professional service from the time we made the call until the issue was resolved. We had a tech sent out within an hour and the repair was done in about a half hour. The tech was professional and personable. He told me what steps I could take to avoid the same problem in the future, along with repairing the door to a state better than what the installers had done in the first place.

I’ve had work done before so with a new issue I called them back, to my surprise this service was under warranty which I didn’t realize I had. Anthony was great to have as my service tech. He explained everything he was doing letting me know what the issue was and figured out what the cause was. He took about 25 minutes to complete the entire service. Anthony was very friendly. I will definitely call and request him again if I ever need service.

Recently I called your firm to have my garage door repaired. Each time I would push the wall button to lower the garage door I needed to hold the wall button during the entire travel of the door to the floor. If I stopped pushing the button at any time during the doors closure it would immediately stop, reverse direction and return to a fully open status. After just a few moments the repair technician, determined it was a bad garage door floor sensor which caused the door to behave in this manner. He replaced this sensor and everything worked acceptably. Additionally, He noticed that the door did not close completely on one end of the garage floor. He was able to do additional adjustments on the torsion springs that greatly improved the doors closure and alleviated this problem. This was all above and beyond what was needed and I greatly appreciated his efforts to address this situation. I will always tout your firm's professionalism and expertise regarding garage door installations, troubleshooting and repair, Thanks again, for a truly rewarding professional service call !

The spring on my door broke. It was late, 10PM, and I booked, on Precision’s website, an appointment for the next day. At 8AM I got a call from Anthony telling me he was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken spring and some rusted cables, rollers and brackets. All done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Precision and Anthony.

Four years ago one of my friends in the remodeling trade referred me to Precision for a new garage door. I was very pleased with the ease of getting the job done and the professionalism of the installer and for the operation of the door for the last four years. For some unknown reason, the cable popped off on the Sunday evening before I was to leave for a week's vacation. My early morning call promised an afternoon service call, but then I got a call from the service tech for 9:00 AM. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes flat and my bill was $.00! Anthony Femano came to give us a free estimate. He was professional, intelligent and thorough. He first sold us a door and explained that it would take 6-8 weeks. He then "MacGyvered" our broken door so that it would work in the time being: FOR FREE. It was easily the best sales experience I've ever had. Anthony responded to our request for service and possible new garage door options in one day. Anthony communicated with professionalism and promptness, sending both messages and a personal phone call to give me a heads up on his arrival. When meeting Anthony he greeted me warmly and presented his business card. He explained the problem with the malfunction in our corroded garage door and how he would remedy the situation, plus new door options within the first 10 minutes! After the door was repaired, Anthony explained what he did to enable working order for our door and then spent considerable time showing me new door options; he listened carefully, spoke clearly and took time to summarize for my husband who was at the office. In the past when my garage door failed I called precision and was amazed at how quickly they got to my house. They did a fabulous job rebuilding the door with new springs cables. Everything else in addition to a 10 year guarantee. A week later, my dear old aunt backed into her garage door with a new car. She screwed around with a couple companies and then asked me what to do. I told her to call precision. I went out to her house the day that the representative came. He was able to salvage her door in addition to programming the opener in her car, which I was not able to do, and the Mercedes dealer was not able to do. So I am really happy with this company!! Once the weather got colder the keypad opener on my door was giving me problems so I called Precision to come and replace that and check out the door lubricate whatever we need. The representative did a wonderful job in addition to educating me on some different issues with garage doors. I’m always thankful for anybody that teaches me anything; education is very valuable.
