One of our garage door openers died. I called Precision and had an appoint scheduled for the next day. Anthony went over the options, had all the parts and installed two garage door openers to replace ones that had served us for 20 years. The new ones are so quiet! Professional installation - recommended.

Our torsion spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. Googled broken torsion spring and Precision Garage Door Service came up. I called them, made an appointment and they were here within 40 minutes! He did a great job replacing the parts needed, had everything with him and was a great price. My garage door spring broke at 12:30 pm on a Friday. I called Precision garage door and my garage door was fixed by 3 pm the same day! Mr. Bowles was the technician that came out to service the Garage Door Opener. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than 2PM for the 2-6 PM Service Window. He listened patiently to the explanation of the multiple issues being experienced with the GDO. He answered with the possible resolutions and cost. He was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He spent 10 minutes explaining the operation, the warranties, and the charges. Very happy with the professionalism of the representative of the company. I was more than impressed with the Precision's scheduling and follow up. I worked as a Service & Parts representative for 12 years and found that Precision delivered upon everything we strove for in delivering outstanding service.

Door wasn’t closing properly. Came out the same day I called and was apologetic that they were 1 hr into the 2 or 4 hour window, scheduler said and confirmation email said 2. Had fixed very quickly. Tech was very nice

For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision for their timeliness, professionalism and honest evaluation of the equipment.

I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. I then called precision and you were here in 20 minutes. the tec. did an excellent job very friendly and quick. the only thing is I forgot to ask did you give a senior or veterans discount. This was my first experience with Percision and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for service that same day. Our technician, Michael, was friendly and knowledgable and was able to point out other problems that would have caused future failure. Various repair options were given and at no time did I feel preasured or over sold. It took the technician approximately two hours to preform what I would consider a complicated repair and they took away the old parts. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision again in the future without reservation.
