My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional! They were able to send a technician the same day that I called. The technician Steven Thayer was outstanding. He was able to identify the problem immediately and able to fix the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all my questions. He performed an overall rebuild of my garage door opener with a new motor , spring, cables, and installed a new key pad. 3 hours after my initial call to Precision Garage Doors, I had a completely refurbished garage door. Steve had replaced all bearings, pulleys cables, plate braces with higher quality parts. He also replaced the outside keypad. Steve was a very accomplished technician and represented his company very well. His recommendations allows me to get a 10 year warranty on my garage door at a very reasonable price.

Great, informative service and so prompt! Thought we would have to wait a week or more, thought we would need a whole new door. Able to get to us within 48 hrs, explanations were clear and we just had to replace springs n rollers n opener, no attempt to upsell! Hard to find such good service these days.

I chose to use Precision based on other customer's positive feedback. I was able to easily schedule the appointment during evening hours via email and/or text. The tech called prior to arrival and showed up promptly at the start of the four hour service window I had been given. He assessed the primary issue which I had called for, and also identified another issue which I was not aware of. He presented different options (e.g. stainless vs. galvanized cable) and the cost tradeoffs. He also informed us of the overall condition of our garage door and the opener (both good). Once we decided on the needed repairs and cost, the actual hardware replacements were completed in about an hour. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend and use Precision again.

Your service today was nothing short of fabulous! I called Jessica later in the morning because our garage door had broken and we couldn't open it (with the cars inside!). She made an appointment with Mike and Ry and they were here within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly, with Mike showing us various repair scenarios and alternatives. They replaced all the parts in the door and installed a new battery, showing us how to use the remotes, etc. Throughout the period of service they were super polite and informative and showed that they were clearly experts in the repair and installation. The Precision team was utilized two times in the past month by Tuscarora Golf Glub when overhead doors that are badly needed for our daily operations required repairs. On both occasions the response time to my phone request was within an hour and the repairs completed by the next day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We also received a quote to potentially replace one of the doors that was also timely and reasonable.

Booked appointment on line. Was immediately contacted to confirm. Technician called to see if he could come earlier. Came, assessed door opener issue, explained, offered options, installed, demonstrated new door opener, answered all questions, cleaned up, and left. Super friendly, up front, and engaging. Biggest bonus—same day service. Might have been a little pricey but I didn’t have time to shop around. Based on my experience with Precision I would highly recommend them.
