Precision Garage Door was remarkable . . . cordial, attentive, professional and extremely helpful with my garage door repair. My initial service request call was answered within less than two (2) hours with an on-site, same day appointment/installer-repair man at my residence. The installer was up front, inspected my problem(s) and addressed my concerns/ answered my questions and pointed out suggested repairs with cost comparisons. No sales pressure and let me decide what would be ultimately done. He had any/all parts in his truck and was at my disposal to replace/repair my existing door springs/install new lift cables and door track rollers and bearings and helped me complete my new door opener install that I had already purchased/started. 'PROFESSIONAL' and quality/courteous service beyond my expectations! All was completed in less than two (2) hours. I knew and had used 'PRECISION DOOR' at a previous residence in years past, so I knew their abilities, but today was exceptional!

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional! They were able to send a technician the same day that I called. The technician Steven Thayer was outstanding. He was able to identify the problem immediately and able to fix the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all my questions. He performed an overall rebuild of my garage door opener with a new motor , spring, cables, and installed a new key pad. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

3 hours after my initial call to Precision Garage Doors, I had a completely refurbished garage door. Steve had replaced all bearings, pulleys cables, plate braces with higher quality parts. He also replaced the outside keypad. Steve was a very accomplished technician and represented his company very well. His recommendations allows me to get a 10 year warranty on my garage door at a very reasonable price.

Steven Thayer came to fix my garage door this morning and he provided the most excellent service. If I could give him 10 Stars, I would. He was thorough in his explanation, he was honest, kind and very helpful to me. He was very professional, and that's really hard to find these days. If I ever need service again, I hope he is still with your company, because I would ask for him again. Thank you for sending him. Lisa Wright

Great, informative service and so prompt! Thought we would have to wait a week or more, thought we would need a whole new door. Able to get to us within 48 hrs, explanations were clear and we just had to replace springs n rollers n opener, no attempt to upsell! Hard to find such good service these days.

I was told that paying by check would reduce the cost by 3%, but you charged 3% or $12.69; this policy needs to be clearly stated and documented.

I chose to use Precision based on other customer's positive feedback. I was able to easily schedule the appointment during evening hours via email and/or text. The tech called prior to arrival and showed up promptly at the start of the four hour service window I had been given. He assessed the primary issue which I had called for, and also identified another issue which I was not aware of. He presented different options (e.g. stainless vs. galvanized cable) and the cost tradeoffs. He also informed us of the overall condition of our garage door and the opener (both good). Once we decided on the needed repairs and cost, the actual hardware replacements were completed in about an hour. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend and use Precision again.

I was just seeking an estimate and ended up being fortunate enough to get my repair taken care of on the spot during that appointment! Anthony F was friendly and professional, explaining all of my options thoroughly as well as walking me through all of the fixes at the end. The company overall was highly professional to work with as well, sending an appointment confirmation and a text with a photo and information of the person I would be expecting to arrive at my home. This was highly reassuring! I would absolutely recommend working with Precision Door Service!

We recently had our garage door serviced by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The phone call was easy, and the wait for service was very short. Our service tech, Michael Bowles, was on time, pleasant and polite. He quickly found the source of our problem and fixed it on the spot. He also checked the system out and gave some recommendations. I was very pleased to meet Michael and the service he gave us was grand.
