Excellent Excellent Excellent! Had a broken cable and a door that was wedged and wouldn’t open or close 2 days before Xmas.. Called early afternoon and had someone first thing next morning on Xmas Eve. Saved my Xmas .. Door was 15 years old so got 2 new cables new rollers and new spring.. Steve I think did a great job and door is good as new.. Also provided a 5 year warranty ..

One of our garage door openers died. I called Precision and had an appoint scheduled for the next day. Our torsion spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. Googled broken torsion spring and Precision Garage Door Service came up. Mr. Bowles was the technician that came out to service the Garage Door Opener. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than 2PM for the 2-6 PM Service Window. He listened patiently to the explanation of the multiple issues being experienced with the GDO. He answered with the possible resolutions and cost. He was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He spent 10 minutes explaining the operation, the warranties, and the charges. Very happy with the professionalism of the representative of the company. I was more than impressed with the Precision's scheduling and follow up. I worked as a Service & Parts representative for 12 years and found that Precision delivered upon everything we strove for in delivering outstanding service.

Door wasn’t closing properly. Came out the same day I called and was apologetic that they were 1 hr into the 2 or 4 hour window, scheduler said and confirmation email said 2. Had fixed very quickly. Tech was very nice

For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision for their timeliness, professionalism and honest evaluation of the equipment.

I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. I then called precision and you were here in 20 minutes. the tec. did an excellent job very friendly and quick. the only thing is I forgot to ask did you give a senior or veterans discount.
