I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. I then called precision and you were here in 20 minutes. the tec. did an excellent job very friendly and quick. the only thing is I forgot to ask did you give a senior or veterans discount. This was my first experience with Percision and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for service that same day. Our technician, Michael, was friendly and knowledgable and was able to point out other problems that would have caused future failure. Various repair options were given and at no time did I feel preasured or over sold. It took the technician approximately two hours to preform what I would consider a complicated repair and they took away the old parts. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision again in the future without reservation.

He had the door fixed in no time and went the extra mile and checked my other garage door and explained to me how to maintain and lubricate it. Excellent on the service. Technician is excellent and very knowledgeable. Clean and efficient workmanship. This was the second time we precision. 5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well.
