I’ve had work done before so with a new issue I called them back, to my surprise this service was under warranty which I didn’t realize I had. Anthony was great to have as my service tech. He explained everything he was doing letting me know what the issue was and figured out what the cause was. He took about 25 minutes to complete the entire service. Anthony was very friendly. I will definitely call and request him again if I ever need service.

The spring on my door broke. It was late, 10PM, and I booked, on Precision’s website, an appointment for the next day. At 8AM I got a call from Anthony telling me he was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken spring and some rusted cables, rollers and brackets. All done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Precision and Anthony.

I had Joe come out to the house on the same day I requested an estimate. He was on time, professional, made sure I understood the problems, and was patient as I decided what option was best for me. After deciding to go with a full replacement of the mechanisms on the door and motor, he was able to install everything within a couple hours right then and there. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
