What a fantastic job Brandon McWayne did! My husband and I cant be anymore thrilled with our garage door openers install with keypads. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the install was perfect and then took the time to go over his work with us before he left. I was happy that I was appointment fast. I was fine with the service fee. It’s understandable but the thing that was very frustrating. Was everything was up sale. I was told the wrong price on the item that I got, which was super annoying. He told me it was $75 and then he told me after they where installing it was the wrong price $95 for each piece. The piece was already in the garage so I just paid for it, but after the fact, I was like I should’ve told him you messed up and I should not have to pay for all this. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I literally had to sage my garage to get the negative energy out of the garage because I did not want my garage to fall over because of this person telling me that I need a new door when. The springs are going to go anything is going to go literally anything in the garage is just gonna fall apart. I don’t appreciate that negative energy. I just wanted you to fix my garage door. I had another company come over and tell me that my door was fine. The door is fine. I’ve been here for 10 years plus and I’ve never had an issue with the door. I just feel like there was a lot of up sale and price swapping. I thought I was calling another company and I wish that I would’ve said no and it only took him 45 minutes to do the work. I got charged for the full hour. Which is fine I’m not mad about this, but I’m just annoyed that it was an easy fix and I should not have done the ups sale.
