We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Precision Door and our technician Steven T. We called yesterday afternoon about a repair, the appt was made for today between 8 and 10. The technician called first, was right on time and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout (a rare thing these days). After 30 years, we are due for 3 new garage doors so he walked my wife and I through the many different options, discussed our needs, provided suggestions and savings opportunities and we made the order. The company policy is repair is free if order within 30 days so no charge today to get us back in business. We look forward to writing another good review when our new doors and operators are installed soon.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out. I needed a repair on two doors at my house. Rails had corroded, a cable had broken and springs needed to be replaced. I had heard good things about Precision from neighbors and online on Facebook. The appointment booking process was so simple and easy.
