Our garage door was built when our house was constructed 48 years ago. Over the years we have had garage door replacement parts and servicing three or four times. Today was our first with precision doors, and I am very pleased with our outcome. The technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He discussed the repair with us gave us our options and then proceeded to work steadily until the repair was complete. We're back in business and very pleased that we chose precision doors

Had an issue with my garage door and needed repair ASAP. I call at 7:45AM and had an appointment for a technician to arrive between 8AM and noon. Within the hour, 8:45AM, the technician arrived and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He was efficient and professional, answering all of my questions. My wife and I had Stephen Thayer from Precision Garage Door Service work on our doors and he was fantastic! He called giving us an arrival time, he was on time and did excellent work. He explained all the options for he repairs along with the different quotes. He worked quickly and when he was finished our garage doors were functioning perfectly! The new garage door cables and sensors I had installed 14 months ago appeared to be balky and then I was unable to get the drive chain reconnected after disconnecting. Steve, the Precision technician, arrived at my home within 90 minutes of my call for help. Steve demonstrated what I was doing incorrectly with the disconnected drive chain and that problem instantly disappeared. Then the overhead door that had bounced and refused to close, again and again, quietly and quickly, closed for Steve. Could have been balky due to even a light buildup of ice/snow from recent storms, Steve said. Everything looked fine, Steve told me and should work for years. Steve's explanations and advice were priceless, but so was the service call, literally. No charge! Thank you, Steve and Precision.

I called at 9:30 am Monday morning because our garage door broke due to the winter temperatures being below zero. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call that they would be coming out between 10 and 2. They arrived and had the door fixed before 11:30 am. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their service. They also gave me pricing options; they were honest and very professional. Steve was fantastic and came even after Winter Storm Fern hit our town. No delays, no worries about rescheduling.
