We recently had our garage door serviced by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The phone call was easy, and the wait for service was very short. Our service tech, Michael Bowles, was on time, pleasant and polite. He quickly found the source of our problem and fixed it on the spot. He also checked the system out and gave some recommendations. Your service today was nothing short of fabulous! I called Jessica later in the morning because our garage door had broken and we couldn't open it (with the cars inside!). She made an appointment with Mike and Ry and they were here within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly, with Mike showing us various repair scenarios and alternatives. They replaced all the parts in the door and installed a new battery, showing us how to use the remotes, etc. Throughout the period of service they were super polite and informative and showed that they were clearly experts in the repair and installation. I moved into this home a couple years ago and from the beginning when opening the garage door, it sounded like a truck was pulling in! I happened to be at a neighbors and their garage door hardly made a sound! They said call Precision Doors so that's exactly what I did and luckily for me they had an appointment that afternoon. The technicians arrived as stated and they did a good inspection of my door. They pointed out that the cable was wound too tight and the motor was an older model. The technician offered a couple different options to remedy the issue but being proactive when doing upgrades rather than reactive, I decided to update a couple items. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I could not be happier with the results! Now I can hardly hear the garage door open.....just like my neighbors!! I highly recommend Precision Doors!!

Our old opener, installed by me, failed on Thursday afternoon, and Precision was on site first thing Friday morning to install a new opener. They worked with me to understand our needs for wall mounts and external keypads. Very fast, courteous, competent, and trustworthy services!

We had Precision Door Service install a door opener last year and were very pleased with the service. We misplaced or lost the remote receivers and needed them to be replaced. We also wanted the opener checked as door appeared a little noisy. Michael Bowles did an excellent job, resetting the codes, etc. The quick response was awesome. The office quickly located and confirmed our information. An appointment was immediately scheduled. Definitely five stars!!!

Last night the spring broke on our garage door. I did a google search and selected Precision Door because I could schedule an online appointment. By 8:00am this morning, I had received a call from the technician, Mike, letting me know he was on his way. He assessed the door and discussed options. We made our selection and he got to work. As he worked, he found other parts that were damaged and needed replacing. All of this work was done for the agreed price without and additional increase.
