I scheduled a maintenance appointment. They came onsite same day and were there within 1 hour of my call. The schedulers were polite and informative. The technician Michael was fabulous. He explained everything, was very professional and did an excellent job. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Precision Door has always been prompt to answer my service needs. Mike came to adjust the opening and closing of one of my garage doors. The door was not staying shut but returning to the open position each time I attempted to close it. I had tried several times to make the adjustment myself to no avail. While Mike the technician was very good, I was not happy with the price of the safety sensor replacement. I understand there would be a mark up for the part, but this was an extremly large mark up-approximately 300%! Shame on me for not researching the price of these sensors before signing off for job done. Please be aware!

My garage door spring broke at 2 PM rendering my door completely closed. I called Precision and was impressed with the entire experience from the initial phone call with the woman who answered the phone to inquire about service to the completion of my repairs. The super quick response was appreciated.The tech Mike was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining all of my repair options and the total costs. Mike also explained the whole repair process along the way and encouraged me to ask any questions. I was totally pleased with the work done and Mike’s performance. I will be needing a garage door opener shortly and rest assured I will be calling Precision when it’s time to purchase. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had with your company. I was extremely disappointed with the misleading information I was given and the overall unprofessional conduct of your representative. I was told I needed services that were completely unnecessary. Rather than assisting with the simple task of resetting my passcode, your representative attempted to pressure me into purchasing a new remote control or an entirely new door system—neither of which I needed. I found this approach to be deceptive and inappropriate. Additionally, I was initially quoted $149 for the service, which I believe was excessive given the circumstances. Only after I questioned the charge was it reduced to $79, which further raised concerns about the integrity of your pricing practices. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable doing business with your company in the future and would not recommend your services to others.
