Mike was excellent. I needed a remote and general maintenance of my garage door opener. Mike was very thorough with what was needed and did the job very quickly even though I have a drop ceiling in my garage. He managed to lubricant the rails and recommend new rollers which he showed me how poorly they were operating. He was also able to get a new remote working for me as the opener is a bit old but still working fine. I will surely call Precision when I am ready to replace it.

Unbelievable, Michael showed up early and we discussed the problem with the door. We were given an estimate and I thought that they would be back later for the installation. Surprise surprise. All the parts were in the truck and two hours later my new garage door was installed. No surprise extras and the new opener is so quiet that I cannot hear it when I’m in the room next to the garage.
