The Precision team was utilized two times in the past month by Tuscarora Golf Glub when overhead doors that are badly needed for our daily operations required repairs. On both occasions the response time to my phone request was within an hour and the repairs completed by the next day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We also received a quote to potentially replace one of the doors that was also timely and reasonable.

After waiting 5 fruitless hours for another garage door repair service company to arrive, I was desperate to get my car out of the garage! I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I was given a 2-6 pm window for a repair. To my surprise, he (Joe Hall) arrived by 2:30, repaired the door as well as another issue that would was soon to become a problem, and was gone in 45 minutes! We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it).
