I moved to my new residence last year and my garage door needed repair. I looked on-line for a repair business and because of the positive reviews for Precision, I called and a representative came out that day and fixed the problem. Last Tuesday, I could not open my garage door. The motor was very old and, again, Mike came out within a couple of hours and replaced the motor and all that went with it. Both times, Mike explained what he needed to do and was very courteous. I am very satisfied with Precision and will always recommend to anyone needing a repair or a new motor. Thank you!!

Precision Door has always been prompt to answer my service needs. Mike came to adjust the opening and closing of one of my garage doors. The door was not staying shut but returning to the open position each time I attempted to close it. I had tried several times to make the adjustment myself to no avail. He repaired our garage door he could not reset the opener because our power was out because of the storm he explained to me how to reset it when power came back on. Michael left I called your company back to see if Michael was still in our area because our power came on the nice lady at your business said give me a moment she came back on the phone and said Michael could come back and reset the opener he came back in like 10 minutes reset our opener. I gave Precision Garage Door a call around 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 3:15 pm. I was amazed at how fast they arrived. A wonderful service man named Mike explained exactly how he was going to fix the problem and gave me an estimate. We told him that we accepted the offer and he got to work right away on it.
