We chose Precision Door Service based on their quality, service, and professionalism. We were not disappointed with our choice. Purchased 2 garage doors and openers and had them installed. The installer was Carter who called before he arrived with his ETA. He was very professional removing old garage doors and openers, installing new doors and openers, and clean up when he was finished. Carter answered all our questions and concerns. I would recommend Precision Door Service for installation of new garage doors or repair of existing doors.

Precision installed my garage door openers october 15 last year. The last couple days of october this year one of the doors did not close. Precision promptly scheduled a apointment for me. Scott thd technician discovered the sensor lights at the base of the doors were not working. He replaced them, also readjusted the spring tension to the perfect setting. He also did not charge me. He said I had a 5 year warrenty on last years installation. I was completely satisfied.

He took his time and operated the door several times and then told us exactly what needed to be done. We agreed and within an hour he had our door working perfectly. Excellent and timely service. Torsion spring snapped over the weekend, phone was answered immediately at 7pm, service was scheduled for between 2-4pm Monday. Scott arrived by 215pm and was finished in under an hour. Door working perfectly. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this company. My garage door broke the other day so I look on the Internet inside precisions ad. I called and they were ready to send somebody down that day. It was late so they send somebody the first thing the next day. Scott was very professional. he called and let me know when he would be there. he went over all that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He gave me the estimated price which was very fair. Then he said he could begin working on it right then and there. In under 2 hours it was finished and working great! Scott even shoveled my steps in the front of the garage. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone. My neighbor came over later and ask her I found anyone who could fix it. I told her it was already done. she was amazed! Thanks precision. great job.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.

Katherine, We're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Just for clarification, we charge a service fee to come out to the house to make repairs. Upon our arrival you couldn't determine whether you wanted to perform the work required or purchase a new door. Should you choose which you would like that fee would be credited toward whichever you choose.
