Precision Door representative Scott makes us glad we chose this business. We moved here recently, and knew nothing about garage doors and who can service them. Scott is always more than prompt, kind, thorough, and explains whatever predicament we have found ourselves in. He is able to correct the issues and tells us the how and why. Precision installed my garage door openers october 15 last year. The last couple days of october this year one of the doors did not close. Precision promptly scheduled a apointment for me. Scott thd technician discovered the sensor lights at the base of the doors were not working. He replaced them, also readjusted the spring tension to the perfect setting. He also did not charge me. He said I had a 5 year warrenty on last years installation. I was completely satisfied.

I called Precision and within 2 hours Scott was at our door. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took his time and operated the door several times and then told us exactly what needed to be done. We agreed and within an hour he had our door working perfectly. Scott our tech was great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did not come with an agenda and did not attempt to push me into buying anything. Excellent and timely service. Torsion spring snapped over the weekend, phone was answered immediately at 7pm, service was scheduled for between 2-4pm Monday. Scott arrived by 215pm and was finished in under an hour. Door working perfectly. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this company. My garage door broke the other day so I look on the Internet inside precisions ad. I called and they were ready to send somebody down that day. It was late so they send somebody the first thing the next day. Scott was very professional. he called and let me know when he would be there. he went over all that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He gave me the estimated price which was very fair. Then he said he could begin working on it right then and there. In under 2 hours it was finished and working great! Scott even shoveled my steps in the front of the garage. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone. My neighbor came over later and ask her I found anyone who could fix it. I told her it was already done. she was amazed! Thanks precision. great job.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.

Collin came on time, put the door up and had it working in as little as 4 1/2 hours. The quality was excellent. Clean up was great and my door never looked better.
