In the past when my garage door failed I called precision and was amazed at how quickly they got to my house. They did a fabulous job rebuilding the door with new springs cables. Everything else in addition to a 10 year guarantee. A week later, my dear old aunt backed into her garage door with a new car. She screwed around with a couple companies and then asked me what to do. I told her to call precision. I went out to her house the day that the representative came. He was able to salvage her door in addition to programming the opener in her car, which I was not able to do, and the Mercedes dealer was not able to do. So I am really happy with this company!! Once the weather got colder the keypad opener on my door was giving me problems so I called Precision to come and replace that and check out the door lubricate whatever we need. The representative did a wonderful job in addition to educating me on some different issues with garage doors. I’m always thankful for anybody that teaches me anything; education is very valuable. Brandon came out as scheduled and provided exemplary customer service and repaired the garage door with the recommended replacement parts. If you don't believe me have Precision come out at no charge because seeing it is worth your time and money.

This is the second time I have used Precision and as the first time I have no regrets. The office scheduler was great and considerate. The technician was on time and called as they said he would about 30 minutes from my location. The Tech was above greatness as he was very polite, listened to what and how the problem came about and got right after the work scope. Cant say enough and will continue to use you guys!!! We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Precision Door and our technician Steven T. We called yesterday afternoon about a repair, the appt was made for today between 8 and 10. The technician called first, was right on time and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout (a rare thing these days). After 30 years, we are due for 3 new garage doors so he walked my wife and I through the many different options, discussed our needs, provided suggestions and savings opportunities and we made the order. The company policy is repair is free if order within 30 days so no charge today to get us back in business. We look forward to writing another good review when our new doors and operators are installed soon.

Chose Precision based on local current reviews and recognizing some reviewers. Precision's service from first phone call to final inspection of the work performed was top shelf. Technician was knowledgeable, professional attitude, to the point and a no non-sense worker. All financial exposure was upfront and no pressure to do this and not that.
