I called precision door by mistake,thought I was calling overhead door, but I am glad I did.The lady on the phone was super nice.She made an appointment that afternoon,I received a text confirmation,and when the tech was running late ,he called me to let me know,and showed up right on time.He fixed my door ,gave me lots of advice on maintaining it to prevent future problems,and was done in 30 minutes.Best service I have had to get something fixed ,especialy considering both vehicles were in the garage and the door wouldn't open at all due to a broken spring.

We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it). If you can't cash it, we'll mail you another one with correct spelling. Sorry and Thanks. Kirk Ellis.

My honest opinion, the service was amazing. I got a text and call prior to my tech coming out to visit and he was totally professional, polite and prepared. Joe was skilled in his craft and walked me through the system that I had and started with the smallest steps to fix my issue. He did not try to upsell me or anything. Service was fast, easy and affordable. 10/10 I would use these guys again. Cheers!
