My wife and I had Stephen Thayer from Precision Garage Door Service work on our doors and he was fantastic! He called giving us an arrival time, he was on time and did excellent work. He explained all the options for he repairs along with the different quotes. He worked quickly and when he was finished our garage doors were functioning perfectly! We'll be calling Precision and asking for Stephen again for garage door repair.

Our technician, Steven, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s the type of person you want when dealing with professional home services. He gave straight forward answers and advice and helped us find the best solution for our situation. Only downside was the cost, I will admit I didn’t shop around so the prices could’ve bee competitive but costs have gone up everywhere. I will say that after our year warranty on parts is up, we will be shopping around if/when the need for services arises.

Our technician, Brian McWayne, called to give us a ETA and he arrived on time. Our remote (which we got from Precision 2 yrs ago) was malfunctioning. He was able to get it working again. Brian was very professional, courteous, and informative. He showed us how to remove a difficult to open remote cover and gave us the battery number. He was able to get the remote working again. In our book Brian is a "keeper" for you company. If needed, we will use Precision again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Precision Door provided excellent service. I called and they sent Steve the next day. Steve was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had the door fixed in no time and went the extra mile and checked my other garage door and explained to me how to maintain and lubricate it. Not only will I be calling Precision Door again if I need garage door repair but I'll be telling anyone who might need their garage door repaired or replaced.

I called precision door by mistake,thought I was calling overhead door, but I am glad I did.The lady on the phone was super nice.She made an appointment that afternoon,I received a text confirmation,and when the tech was running late ,he called me to let me know,and showed up right on time.He fixed my door ,gave me lots of advice on maintaining it to prevent future problems,and was done in 30 minutes.Best service I have had to get something fixed ,especialy considering both vehicles were in the garage and the door wouldn't open at all due to a broken spring.

We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it). If you can't cash it, we'll mail you another one with correct spelling. Sorry and Thanks. Kirk Ellis.

My honest opinion, the service was amazing. I got a text and call prior to my tech coming out to visit and he was totally professional, polite and prepared. Joe was skilled in his craft and walked me through the system that I had and started with the smallest steps to fix my issue. He did not try to upsell me or anything.
