Review:

Our technician, Brian McWayne, called to give us a ETA and he arrived on time. Our remote (which we got from Precision 2 yrs ago) was malfunctioning. He was able to get it working again. Brian was very professional, courteous, and informative. He showed us how to remove a difficult to open remote cover and gave us the battery number. He was able to get the remote working again. In our book Brian is a "keeper" for you company. If needed, we will use Precision again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Review:

We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it). If you can't cash it, we'll mail you another one with correct spelling. Sorry and Thanks. Kirk Ellis.
