The gentleman who responded was professional, reviewed and tested my doors system, explained what had to be done, had the necessary parts and equipment, certainly the knowledge to perform the task and was able to do so alone as I had to leave for a late appointment. Precision overhead door put our garage door and opener in our new garage back in 1982 and the door is still beautiful and the opener still worked but I wanted a quieter opener and just felt it was time to upgrade, the installer came yesterday and after installation went over a few things as there have been a few changes in 39 years and the door opening and closing is very quiet and smooth.We have had repairs done and the service has always been great and the people are efficient and polite…
