I called Precision Overhead Door Customer service they showed up within a few hours from calling . Steven was my tech I told him what was going on he assessed the situation and took care of it in a timely fashion . I highly recommend this company and would continue to use them in the future .

Outstanding prompt service. Our overhead garage door was operational in a very short period of time after the arrival of Steve (our technician). He discussed every detail before and after his work. As employees go, every company should be so lucky to have someone like him on their staff. Our country could use more courteous and kind human beings such as Steve. If I had anything at all to complain about it would be the cost. It wasn’t out of line from what other companies were quoting but I suspect the horrible tax in the form of tariffs on the American public played a role.

Was so impressed with this company. My garage door would go up but would not go down. My technician ,Steven, was prompt and courteous. It took him seconds to learn there was nothing wrong just dirt on the sensor. He was very personable and helpful explaining to me what to do next time. And to top it off, in a day and age where everyone is ripping everyone off he said there was no charge because he didn’t even do anything. Not even a service call charge for coming to the house. Unbelievable, Michael showed up early and we discussed the problem with the door. We were given an estimate and I thought that they would be back later for the installation. Surprise surprise. All the parts were in the truck and two hours later my new garage door was installed. No surprise extras and the new opener is so quiet that I cannot hear it when I’m in the room next to the garage. I’ve used Precision before and if I need anything with the garage door I will be using them again.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out. 5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me.
