Steven arrived promptly at the beginning of the time slot. After a friendly greeting he assessed the problem, made recommendations, and I approved the work. Twenty five to thirty minutes later he was done. He offered some suggestions, said goodbye, and was on his way. Absolutely excellent service! Highly recommended.

Jason was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job repairing our garage door. He even showed up a little earlier than our scheduled same day appt which was awesome! He explained what was needed and all of our options and before I knew it our garage door was fixed and opens better than ever! We are very thankful for all his time and expertise and will definitely refer/call again if we need garage door repair/replacement in the future. Thanks again!

5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision.

We called this company because it is BBB rated and we like to support local businesses.The technician arrived earlier for the appointment. Anthony was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a few choices to solve our problem, all with a clear explanation of the benefits and costs involved, and no pressure to make a decision. We were pleased with our choice, the quality of the work done without any mess, and the warranty included.

What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. I would recommend this company and will use them again as the situation requires. Thanks Anthony.

My garage door cable broke this morning at 10:30 am. I called Precision and they had a tech there by 12:45. Steve was professional , courteous and had everything back in service within a few hours. Your response time and overall service was exceptional. The gentleman who responded was professional, reviewed and tested my doors system, explained what had to be done, had the necessary parts and equipment, certainly the knowledge to perform the task and was able to do so alone as I had to leave for a late appointment. The response and service could not possibly have been any better. It is nice to work with professionals who know what they are doing.

Precision overhead door put our garage door and opener in our new garage back in 1982 and the door is still beautiful and the opener still worked but I wanted a quieter opener and just felt it was time to upgrade, the installer came yesterday and after installation went over a few things as there have been a few changes in 39 years and the door opening and closing is very quiet and smooth.We have had repairs done and the service has always been great and the people are efficient and polite…

Your technician, Joe, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. We checked the operation which ran smoothly and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
