Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out. My neighbor was very pleased with your services as well. keep up the good work. I will continue to recommend your company.

5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. Contacted Precision Garage Door services witn a broken cable/springs on one of our garage doors, and within less than one hour a technician was already working and fixing the issue. The technician Steven Thayer was very professional with his suggestion on how he was going to fix the problem and how much the cost was going to be. We were very satisfied on how the 1st repaired garage door came out, that we had the second door done at the same time. We were very satisfied with the prompt service received by Precision Garage Doors as well as their professional workmanship.
