Great, informative service and so prompt! Thought we would have to wait a week or more, thought we would need a whole new door. Able to get to us within 48 hrs, explanations were clear and we just had to replace springs n rollers n opener, no attempt to upsell! Hard to find such good service these days.

I chose to use Precision based on other customer's positive feedback. I was able to easily schedule the appointment during evening hours via email and/or text. The tech called prior to arrival and showed up promptly at the start of the four hour service window I had been given. He assessed the primary issue which I had called for, and also identified another issue which I was not aware of. He presented different options (e.g. stainless vs. galvanized cable) and the cost tradeoffs. He also informed us of the overall condition of our garage door and the opener (both good). Once we decided on the needed repairs and cost, the actual hardware replacements were completed in about an hour. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend and use Precision again.

Our garage door was built when our house was constructed 48 years ago. Over the years we have had garage door replacement parts and servicing three or four times. Today was our first with precision doors, and I am very pleased with our outcome. The technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He discussed the repair with us gave us our options and then proceeded to work steadily until the repair was complete. We're back in business and very pleased that we chose precision doors

I called at 9:30 am Monday morning because our garage door broke due to the winter temperatures being below zero. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call that they would be coming out between 10 and 2. They arrived and had the door fixed before 11:30 am. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their service. They also gave me pricing options; they were honest and very professional. Steve was fantastic and came even after Winter Storm Fern hit our town. No delays, no worries about rescheduling. Great customer service, extremely personable with an easy lay out of the estimate and items that need to be fixed. Was done in under an hour and even fixed a portion of the garage that he saw was damaged and didn’t need to but did anyways. We’re calling precision and no one else.

Outstanding prompt service. Our overhead garage door was operational in a very short period of time after the arrival of Steve (our technician). He discussed every detail before and after his work. As employees go, every company should be so lucky to have someone like him on their staff. Our country could use more courteous and kind human beings such as Steve. If I had anything at all to complain about it would be the cost. It wasn’t out of line from what other companies were quoting but I suspect the horrible tax in the form of tariffs on the American public played a role.

I called in the morning to have an estimate done for a new garage door opener. They set me up for a 2-6 appointment. The tech contacted me that he was on his way, my request, and arrived around 3ish. He gave me the low down on all the new products and the cost. My Craftsman door opener is over 21 years old and works but the wifi connectivity was not working as well. The tech Steve made a comment that he had one in the vehicle and could change it out now. That made the deal right then and there. Steve helped me with getting the app set up, all the remotes working and even got my car on line. He didn't know how to do it but was able to find the setting and got it working. Steve accepted me watching the install on the door and answered all my questions. It was a win win for both of us learning install to car setup. Turns out Steve is from my home town. I see why they get 5 star reviews on line.

Was so impressed with this company. My garage door would go up but would not go down. My technician ,Steven, was prompt and courteous. It took him seconds to learn there was nothing wrong just dirt on the sensor. He was very personable and helpful explaining to me what to do next time. And to top it off, in a day and age where everyone is ripping everyone off he said there was no charge because he didn’t even do anything. Not even a service call charge for coming to the house. Unbelievable, Michael showed up early and we discussed the problem with the door. We were given an estimate and I thought that they would be back later for the installation. Surprise surprise. All the parts were in the truck and two hours later my new garage door was installed. No surprise extras and the new opener is so quiet that I cannot hear it when I’m in the room next to the garage. I’ve used Precision before and if I need anything with the garage door I will be using them again.
