We were very pleased with the service we received from technician, Michael Holbok, from Precision today. Our problem was a little complex, in that it had to do with the electrical board, but after trying several things that was the final determination. Michael installed a new door opener in less than an hour and it works like a charm. Also, it is so quiet you can hardly tell that the door is going up and down. We highly recommend Precision.

Prompt courteous service. Same day service my installer was very efficient. Mike made sure to educate me on the use of the opener. He replaced rails springs and opener and completed the job in a very timely manner Thank you Precision. I will recommend your company to family and friends.
