Unbelievable, Michael showed up early and we discussed the problem with the door. We were given an estimate and I thought that they would be back later for the installation. Surprise surprise. All the parts were in the truck and two hours later my new garage door was installed. No surprise extras and the new opener is so quiet that I cannot hear it when I’m in the room next to the garage. I’ve used Precision before and if I need anything with the garage door I will be using them again.

Contacted Precision Garage Door services witn a broken cable/springs on one of our garage doors, and within less than one hour a technician was already working and fixing the issue. The technician Steven Thayer was very professional with his suggestion on how he was going to fix the problem and how much the cost was going to be. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way.
