I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. I called the original installer and 2 other companies, all of whom couldn't come out for days to a week. I called Precision and within 30 minutes, they had a tech (Steven) at my house. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with options, and made sure I understood the differences before he started working. In no time at all, I had a working garage door and peace of mind. We called this company because it is BBB rated and we like to support local businesses.The technician arrived earlier for the appointment. Anthony was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a few choices to solve our problem, all with a clear explanation of the benefits and costs involved, and no pressure to make a decision. What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. I would recommend this company and will use them again as the situation requires. Thanks Anthony.

Steven and his helper were fantastic. Our garage door spring broke in the middle of the night and we were trapped with both cars in the garage and no way to open the door. Great same day service! My garage doors were difficult to put up and sometimes would not stay up all the way. Anthony was sent to my home for a service call. Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!

I just want to say I'm so happy I called Precision when my garage door opener decided to fall. They sent Anthony out to take a look. He was great. He assesed the issue and went over the different choices I had to get the problem fixed. Once I decided what I wanted to do he had it fixed very fast considering the problem. He was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect. He is a genuine good person and very knowledgeable . Excellent service!! The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The technician called immediately to tell us he could be at our house within twenty minutes. He repaired our door in less than two hours. (Our cars were stuck in our garage because we could not lift the door. Our son is getting married this week, so we were anxious to get the repair done soon). Precision saved our lives!!!

Very hard these days to find someone to come on time and do a professional job. The service technician Steven T was a knowable and answered all my questions about the repair. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if needed. As a additional note the prices were fair. Good help is hard to find.

The Tech., Steven arrived on time as promised. He explained everything to me. I selected the Platinum Double Rebuild Package. Steven was very personable and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. The work was done very efficiently to include neatness, securing the door that everything was in working order. I was also impressed with the quick response once I made a call. Knowing the BBB rating was another plus.

Your response time and overall service was exceptional. The gentleman who responded was professional, reviewed and tested my doors system, explained what had to be done, had the necessary parts and equipment, certainly the knowledge to perform the task and was able to do so alone as I had to leave for a late appointment. The response and service could not possibly have been any better. It is nice to work with professionals who know what they are doing.
