In the last couple of years, the professionals at Precision have completely replaced one of our two garage doors and replaced the openers for both doors. Their work is excellent & their prices are very fair and, most importantly to me, service after the sale is excellent as well.

December 22, Friday before Christmas, one of the torsion spring broke on our garage door, I called several companies and no one could come until after Christmas. We do garage our cars and it’s our main entrance. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out that very day. Cody called me with an eta and showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be done and gave advice on other parts that should probably be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and we are able to use our door again. Thank you for the exceptional services, I will definitely recommend Precision and Cody in the future!

The service was excellent from my initial phone explaining charges clearly and making the appointment. The technician arrived in the designated time frame, assessed the problem, explained the cost and had the needed materials delivered. The remote operator was installed and the technician demonstrated it and made sure I could do as well. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I had concern regarding my door. I had Mr. Scott Fowler provide evaluation and service. I could not be happier with the decision to do the repair today. Mr. Fowler was profession, pleasant and a gentelman. I had surgery a few weeks ago and he did everything in his power to facilitate me seeing what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cost.
