I was in desperate need of repair on a garage door that came off the track the night before. I did a Google search for garage repair and Precision was the first to pop up with great reviews. I was able to book an appt online for same day service. Steven reached out when he was approx 15 minutes from arrival. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him the problem and he went to work. He explained the issue and unfortunately, when my house was built, the contractor used cheap parts and installed the door incorrectly. Steven was able to give me a temporary fix and I ordered a new door. This was the 2nd time the door had come off the track since it was installed by the builder in May and due to the weight of the door and poor installation from the previous contractor, I need a new door. First time, I went back to the builder and had it repaired, 2nd time I decided to call a professional so there won't be a 3rd time! I am looking forward to my new door!

Precision Garage Door was remarkable . . . cordial, attentive, professional and extremely helpful with my garage door repair. My initial service request call was answered within less than two (2) hours with an on-site, same day appointment/installer-repair man at my residence. The installer was up front, inspected my problem(s) and addressed my concerns/ answered my questions and pointed out suggested repairs with cost comparisons. No sales pressure and let me decide what would be ultimately done. He had any/all parts in his truck and was at my disposal to replace/repair my existing door springs/install new lift cables and door track rollers and bearings and helped me complete my new door opener install that I had already purchased/started. 'PROFESSIONAL' and quality/courteous service beyond my expectations! All was completed in less than two (2) hours. I knew and had used 'PRECISION DOOR' at a previous residence in years past, so I knew their abilities, but today was exceptional!

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional! They were able to send a technician the same day that I called. The technician Steven Thayer was outstanding. He was able to identify the problem immediately and able to fix the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all my questions. He performed an overall rebuild of my garage door opener with a new motor , spring, cables, and installed a new key pad. 3 hours after my initial call to Precision Garage Doors, I had a completely refurbished garage door. Steve had replaced all bearings, pulleys cables, plate braces with higher quality parts. He also replaced the outside keypad. Steve was a very accomplished technician and represented his company very well. His recommendations allows me to get a 10 year warranty on my garage door at a very reasonable price.

Your service today was nothing short of fabulous! I called Jessica later in the morning because our garage door had broken and we couldn't open it (with the cars inside!). She made an appointment with Mike and Ry and they were here within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly, with Mike showing us various repair scenarios and alternatives. They replaced all the parts in the door and installed a new battery, showing us how to use the remotes, etc. Throughout the period of service they were super polite and informative and showed that they were clearly experts in the repair and installation. The Precision team was utilized two times in the past month by Tuscarora Golf Glub when overhead doors that are badly needed for our daily operations required repairs. On both occasions the response time to my phone request was within an hour and the repairs completed by the next day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We also received a quote to potentially replace one of the doors that was also timely and reasonable.

Booked appointment on line. Was immediately contacted to confirm. Technician called to see if he could come earlier. Came, assessed door opener issue, explained, offered options, installed, demonstrated new door opener, answered all questions, cleaned up, and left. Super friendly, up front, and engaging.
