Four years ago one of my friends in the remodeling trade referred me to Precision for a new garage door. I was very pleased with the ease of getting the job done and the professionalism of the installer and for the operation of the door for the last four years. For some unknown reason, the cable popped off on the Sunday evening before I was to leave for a week's vacation. My early morning call promised an afternoon service call, but then I got a call from the service tech for 9:00 AM. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes flat and my bill was $.00! Many thanks to Precision for the excellent experience!!

Anthony Femano came to give us a free estimate. He was professional, intelligent and thorough. He first sold us a door and explained that it would take 6-8 weeks. He then "MacGyvered" our broken door so that it would work in the time being: FOR FREE. It was easily the best sales experience I've ever had. If the completed door is half as good as the repair/sales job, we will be more than happy. I highly recommend.

Michael upgraded/modernized our 2 overhead garage doors. We contacted Precision because of their great reviews, and we were very happy with the results. This type of work is like a root canal. It's expensive, a bit painful, but you want it done right. Precision did it right.

I was happy that I was appointment fast. I was fine with the service fee. It’s understandable but the thing that was very frustrating. Was everything was up sale. I was told the wrong price on the item that I got, which was super annoying. He told me it was $75 and then he told me after they where installing it was the wrong price $95 for each piece. The piece was already in the garage so I just paid for it, but after the fact, I was like I should’ve told him you messed up and I should not have to pay for all this. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I literally had to sage my garage to get the negative energy out of the garage because I did not want my garage to fall over because of this person telling me that I need a new door when. The springs are going to go anything is going to go literally anything in the garage is just gonna fall apart. I don’t appreciate that negative energy. I just wanted you to fix my garage door. I had another company come over and tell me that my door was fine. The door is fine. I’ve been here for 10 years plus and I’ve never had an issue with the door. I just feel like there was a lot of up sale and price swapping. I thought I was calling another company and I wish that I would’ve said no and it only took him 45 minutes to do the work. I got charged for the full hour. Which is fine I’m not mad about this, but I’m just annoyed that it was an easy fix and I should not have done the ups sale.

Yes, thank you for your prompt same day service. Colin our technician was wonderful and corrected the low door issue. Since the cars are not in the garage until the snow flies, there is no way to know if the garage door height was always sent low or not. It is now up to the level of the door frame and my car tailgate can open completely without banging into the bottom of the raised garage door. Fingers crossed this solves the momentary issue. Mike was excellent. I needed a remote and general maintenance of my garage door opener. Mike was very thorough with what was needed and did the job very quickly even though I have a drop ceiling in my garage. He managed to lubricant the rails and recommend new rollers which he showed me how poorly they were operating. He was also able to get a new remote working for me as the opener is a bit old but still working fine. I will surely call Precision when I am ready to replace it.

My 21 year old Genie garage door opener decided it had enough lifting and lowering my garage door yesterday. It waited until the car was in the garage and then slammed shut 3' from the floor. I put this opener in myself, a rebuilt unit from Bargain Outlet, that I got for a good price. In the course of the 21 years, I had a counterweight spring break (boy that will wake you up) and replaced both of them figuring the other side wasn't far behind. The replacements I got were I little weaker than what I needed, but I had no one to advise me at the "Big Box Store". Being 78 years old and retired and not moving as easy as I used too, I looked on line who was close to me and who had good reviews. Precision Garage Door Service met both criteria. Called and got an appointment the next day. Was told the tech would call ahead when he was about a half hour away (he did). Steven was very knowledgeable. He figured out that the springs were to weak for the wood door I had; that the screw drive was stripped out because of the weight it was pulling up and down for so long. "How much to replace the opener and springs?" I asked. "Paying how?" was his reply. "Check" was my answer. He starts pushing numbers on his phone and comes up with number just a tad over $1200. "Well ToTo, we are definitely not at the Home Depot in Kansas". I had recently got a check from the bank because the government forces you to pull a percentage out of your IRA when you are over 70. So I went with it. In 2 hours he was done. I got two remotes, a new outside key pad, a great warranty and door opener that is so quiet when it's working, you would think the belt drive is moving threw a column of wipe cream and when the door comes to rest, it's like it landed on a hundred bags of marshmallows. In closing, I wish I got Precision to do this job 21 years ago. Good People, Good Product, Great Service.

Anthony responded to our request for service and possible new garage door options in one day. Anthony communicated with professionalism and promptness, sending both messages and a personal phone call to give me a heads up on his arrival. When meeting Anthony he greeted me warmly and presented his business card. He explained the problem with the malfunction in our corroded garage door and how he would remedy the situation, plus new door options within the first 10 minutes! After the door was repaired, Anthony explained what he did to enable working order for our door and then spent considerable time showing me new door options; he listened carefully, spoke clearly and took time to summarize for my husband who was at the office. We are grateful for this repair and look forward to our garage door upgrade!

When he arrived he quickly assessed my problem, prepared a quote for repair, and explained everything to me. He had all the necessary parts on the truck and repaired everything. After waiting 5 fruitless hours for another garage door repair service company to arrive, I was desperate to get my car out of the garage!
