I moved into this home a couple years ago and from the beginning when opening the garage door, it sounded like a truck was pulling in! I happened to be at a neighbors and their garage door hardly made a sound! They said call Precision Doors so that's exactly what I did and luckily for me they had an appointment that afternoon. The technicians arrived as stated and they did a good inspection of my door. They pointed out that the cable was wound too tight and the motor was an older model. The technician offered a couple different options to remedy the issue but being proactive when doing upgrades rather than reactive, I decided to update a couple items. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I could not be happier with the results! Now I can hardly hear the garage door open.....just like my neighbors!! I highly recommend Precision Doors!!

Had an issue with my garage door and needed repair ASAP. I call at 7:45AM and had an appointment for a technician to arrive between 8AM and noon. Within the hour, 8:45AM, the technician arrived and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He was efficient and professional, answering all of my questions. Anthony Fermano showed up 3 hours after I called today and was wonderful providing door information and quote. (Overhead door was 2 weeks out before they could make it) In addition, my door was stuck and not working at all manually, and he said, "We cant have that" and proceeded to put things back in order and working before he knew whether I would buy a door or not. What great service! I did buy my 2 doors from him right there and then.

My garage door would not open. I called Precision Garage Door to request service. Anthony showed up at my house in about 1 hour. He checked everything and resolved the issue within minutes. He also showed me how to reset my garage door opener with the battery backup. He also made a minor adjustment to the springs on the door. There was no charge for his service. Bottomline...I received fast, friendly service at no charge. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door service.
