Called in to a live person, not an answering machine, at 11am on a Friday morning regarding a loose cable and spring bracket issue on one of my two garage doors. Forty five minutes later, technician Anthony called to say he was on his way, impressive for the prompt response and timely arrival! He was friendly, knowledgable and very professional. He got right to the assesment and knew of an immediate solution. He was thorough, tidy and also checked the working door. He also gave me instructions on how, when and where to use a silcone lubricant which I have always been hesitant and lax about. I would highly recommend Precision and Anthony is an asset to your company!! Thank you!

Excellent Excellent Excellent! Had a broken cable and a door that was wedged and wouldn’t open or close 2 days before Xmas.. Called early afternoon and had someone first thing next morning on Xmas Eve. Saved my Xmas .. Door was 15 years old so got 2 new cables new rollers and new spring.. Steve I think did a great job and door is good as new.. Also provided a 5 year warranty ..

Our torsion spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. Googled broken torsion spring and Precision Garage Door Service came up. I called them, made an appointment and they were here within 40 minutes! He did a great job replacing the parts needed, had everything with him and was a great price. I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. I then called precision and you were here in 20 minutes. the tec. did an excellent job very friendly and quick. the only thing is I forgot to ask did you give a senior or veterans discount. This was my first experience with Percision and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for service that same day. Our technician, Michael, was friendly and knowledgable and was able to point out other problems that would have caused future failure. Various repair options were given and at no time did I feel preasured or over sold. It took the technician approximately two hours to preform what I would consider a complicated repair and they took away the old parts. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision again in the future without reservation.
