Absolutely professional service from the time we made the call until the issue was resolved. We had a tech sent out within an hour and the repair was done in about a half hour. The tech was professional and personable. He told me what steps I could take to avoid the same problem in the future, along with repairing the door to a state better than what the installers had done in the first place.

While Mike the technician was very good, I was not happy with the price of the safety sensor replacement. I understand there would be a mark up for the part, but this was an extremly large mark up-approximately 300%! Shame on me for not researching the price of these sensors before signing off for job done. Please be aware!

I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.
