We had Precision Door Service install a door opener last year and were very pleased with the service. We misplaced or lost the remote receivers and needed them to be replaced. We also wanted the opener checked as door appeared a little noisy. Michael Bowles did an excellent job, resetting the codes, etc. The quick response was awesome. The office quickly located and confirmed our information. An appointment was immediately scheduled. Definitely five stars!!!

Absolutely professional service from the time we made the call until the issue was resolved. We had a tech sent out within an hour and the repair was done in about a half hour. The tech was professional and personable. He told me what steps I could take to avoid the same problem in the future, along with repairing the door to a state better than what the installers had done in the first place.

While Mike the technician was very good, I was not happy with the price of the safety sensor replacement. I understand there would be a mark up for the part, but this was an extremly large mark up-approximately 300%! Shame on me for not researching the price of these sensors before signing off for job done. Please be aware!

Mr. Bowles was the technician that came out to service the Garage Door Opener. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than 2PM for the 2-6 PM Service Window. He listened patiently to the explanation of the multiple issues being experienced with the GDO. He answered with the possible resolutions and cost. He was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He spent 10 minutes explaining the operation, the warranties, and the charges. Very happy with the professionalism of the representative of the company. I was more than impressed with the Precision's scheduling and follow up. I worked as a Service & Parts representative for 12 years and found that Precision delivered upon everything we strove for in delivering outstanding service.

For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.

We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. The technician was quick, fixed the problem correctly, and was friendly, respectful and explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and told us the cost up front. Will call again if we need to, a positive experience.
