My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.

We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. The technician was quick, fixed the problem correctly, and was friendly, respectful and explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and told us the cost up front. Will call again if we need to, a positive experience.

I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.

We are very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We were able to schedule a service call at MY convenience and the communication regarding the window of time was clearly relayed to us. Also, a text was sent when they were on their way. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our spring repair and provided us with options. He performed the repair in a timely manner and was pleasant to deal with. Precision is our go-to repair service for all of our garage door maintenance. We've used them 3 times for routine maintenance and a recent repair, and the excellent service remains consistent. You don't have to wait a week for a service call and pricing is quite reasonable. Their techs have always arrived on the scheduled time, are they're courteous and respectful of property. I had an issue with a remote not working to open and close the door. The technician was courteous. He checked out the remote and tried it. The remote still didn't function. He got another new remote out of his truck. He synced it to the opener. It's now working fine. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision overhead garage door service. I called last night at 8:30PM because my garage door wouldn't go all the way down and stay down, it'd shoot right back up. I found you guys on the internet and decided to give a call figuring I'd leave a message, however, a very friendly phone operator answered promptly and told me they could get a technician out to me today between 2 and 4PM. Technician John called me at 2:10 and said he'd be at my place within 30 minutes and he was right there when he said he would be. He was very professional and thorough, asked me what I had going on so I explained it to him and immediately he made me feel at ease by getting right to work checking out the door to see what was causing my issue. He found what the issue was and fixed it promptly.....maybe 20 minutes tops and that was including me testing the door multiple times before he left. He answered any and all questions I had, explained it so that even I could understand it, had me test the door while he was still at my residence to make absolutely sure it worked as it should before leaving and even asked me if I had any further questions or concerns for him. All around professionalism and I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with you guys to help me with my garage door issue. 10/10 will absolutely recommend and will do business with you in the future.

When decision was made to make home improvement of overhead garage door replacement I received several quotes. Precision door won. When door arrived work was scheduled, Mike was first to arrive and start project. Jerry then showed up. Both gentleman very professional. Jerry finished project making sure I was satisfied with their work along with inspecting his work cleaning any fingerprints or dirt from door. Jerry really takes pride with his installations, from my observation, and making sure his customer is satisfied before he leaves the job. I would highly recommend this company for garage door repair/replacement. Great Job guys.!!
