The technician Jason, was punctual to our appointment, he was friendly, and professional at the same time. He completed the work needed to my garage door efficiently. I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. I called the original installer and 2 other companies, all of whom couldn't come out for days to a week. I called Precision and within 30 minutes, they had a tech (Steven) at my house. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with options, and made sure I understood the differences before he started working. In no time at all, I had a working garage door and peace of mind. Thank you all so much for your help!

Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!

I just want to say I'm so happy I called Precision when my garage door opener decided to fall. They sent Anthony out to take a look. He was great. He assesed the issue and went over the different choices I had to get the problem fixed. Once I decided what I wanted to do he had it fixed very fast considering the problem. He was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect. He is a genuine good person and very knowledgeable . I appreciate Anthony for coming to the rescue and will definitely call them again if any issue arrises. Thanks again

I'm pretty stingy with 5 star reviews but I've been happy with this job since my first phone call. Super friendly, experts in the field, and reasonable cost. No way would I have saved enough to justify doing it myself. I actually made the call based on their commercial while watching local news channel 3. The installers, Gerry and Jr, were professional, punctual, and there quality of work was outstanding. They finished up 1-2 hours before they estimated. Nothing left behind. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends.

I called Precision because they had a nearby location in Clay, NY. Initial contact advised service would be provided that same day. Technician called within scheduled 2 hour timeframe and arrived less than 30 minutes later as promised. His picture was provided so I knew exactly who to expect. Estimates were provided and all my questions were answered. Very pleased with the service provided.

I called Precision Door to fix my Garage Door. I called them because their web site clearly indicated that they did service work. One of the steel cables snapped and lifting the door manually was a real pain. I called on a tuesday and their service technician Scott was at my house the next afternoon as scheduled. He explained everything is very clear details as what were my options and the associated costs. We agreed on what I wanted done. He had all of the parts in his truck and completed the entire job quickly. Exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, prepared and completed as agreed upon. I'm sure when I decide to upgrade I'll give them the first call.

Precision came out and fixed my garage door. I could tell the parts that they used were far superior to the existing parts. Mike the technician was cordial and professional. I have used garage door companies in the past at my other houses and this has been the best experience I have had. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the service we received from technician, Michael Holbok, from Precision today. Our problem was a little complex, in that it had to do with the electrical board, but after trying several things that was the final determination. Michael installed a new door opener in less than an hour and it works like a charm. Also, it is so quiet you can hardly tell that the door is going up and down. We highly recommend Precision.
