After waiting 5 fruitless hours for another garage door repair service company to arrive, I was desperate to get my car out of the garage! I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I was given a 2-6 pm window for a repair. To my surprise, he (Joe Hall) arrived by 2:30, repaired the door as well as another issue that would was soon to become a problem, and was gone in 45 minutes! Fast, informative, and efficient…... he did an outstanding job! I highly recommend the company and Mr. Hall.

I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. I then called precision and you were here in 20 minutes. the tec. did an excellent job very friendly and quick. the only thing is I forgot to ask did you give a senior or veterans discount.
