Fantastic service! I called with a garage door operating problem late morning on Friday and had service techs here two hours later. They immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked other potential problems. They provided a surge protector and showed me some routine maintenance steps I can do. The service was included in the generous 5-year warranty. The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options.
