Yes, thank you for your prompt same day service. Colin our technician was wonderful and corrected the low door issue. Since the cars are not in the garage until the snow flies, there is no way to know if the garage door height was always sent low or not. It is now up to the level of the door frame and my car tailgate can open completely without banging into the bottom of the raised garage door. Fingers crossed this solves the momentary issue.
