Your service today was nothing short of fabulous! I called Jessica later in the morning because our garage door had broken and we couldn't open it (with the cars inside!). She made an appointment with Mike and Ry and they were here within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly, with Mike showing us various repair scenarios and alternatives. They replaced all the parts in the door and installed a new battery, showing us how to use the remotes, etc. Throughout the period of service they were super polite and informative and showed that they were clearly experts in the repair and installation. Booked appointment on line. Was immediately contacted to confirm. Technician called to see if he could come earlier. Came, assessed door opener issue, explained, offered options, installed, demonstrated new door opener, answered all questions, cleaned up, and left. Super friendly, up front, and engaging. Biggest bonus—same day service. Might have been a little pricey but I didn’t have time to shop around. Based on my experience with Precision I would highly recommend them.

Anthony Fermano showed up 3 hours after I called today and was wonderful providing door information and quote. (Overhead door was 2 weeks out before they could make it) In addition, my door was stuck and not working at all manually, and he said, "We cant have that" and proceeded to put things back in order and working before he knew whether I would buy a door or not. What great service! I did buy my 2 doors from him right there and then.

Yes, thank you for your prompt same day service. Colin our technician was wonderful and corrected the low door issue. Since the cars are not in the garage until the snow flies, there is no way to know if the garage door height was always sent low or not. It is now up to the level of the door frame and my car tailgate can open completely without banging into the bottom of the raised garage door. Fingers crossed this solves the momentary issue.
