This was my first experience with Percision and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for service that same day. Our technician, Michael, was friendly and knowledgable and was able to point out other problems that would have caused future failure. Various repair options were given and at no time did I feel preasured or over sold. It took the technician approximately two hours to preform what I would consider a complicated repair and they took away the old parts. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision again in the future without reservation.

Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.

The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)
