The Precision team was utilized two times in the past month by Tuscarora Golf Glub when overhead doors that are badly needed for our daily operations required repairs. On both occasions the response time to my phone request was within an hour and the repairs completed by the next day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We also received a quote to potentially replace one of the doors that was also timely and reasonable.

I moved into this home a couple years ago and from the beginning when opening the garage door, it sounded like a truck was pulling in! I happened to be at a neighbors and their garage door hardly made a sound! They said call Precision Doors so that's exactly what I did and luckily for me they had an appointment that afternoon. The technicians arrived as stated and they did a good inspection of my door. They pointed out that the cable was wound too tight and the motor was an older model. The technician offered a couple different options to remedy the issue but being proactive when doing upgrades rather than reactive, I decided to update a couple items. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I could not be happier with the results! Now I can hardly hear the garage door open.....just like my neighbors!! I highly recommend Precision Doors!!

Called in to a live person, not an answering machine, at 11am on a Friday morning regarding a loose cable and spring bracket issue on one of my two garage doors. Forty five minutes later, technician Anthony called to say he was on his way, impressive for the prompt response and timely arrival! He was friendly, knowledgable and very professional. He got right to the assesment and knew of an immediate solution. He was thorough, tidy and also checked the working door. He also gave me instructions on how, when and where to use a silcone lubricant which I have always been hesitant and lax about. I would highly recommend Precision and Anthony is an asset to your company!! Thank you!

Door wasn’t closing properly. Came out the same day I called and was apologetic that they were 1 hr into the 2 or 4 hour window, scheduler said and confirmation email said 2. Had fixed very quickly. Tech was very nice

The opener was not working properly. The repair person did a "tune up" of the door and opener. Today the opener is still not working
