I have used Precision twice in the past 5 years. The staff has been pleasantly efficient. The work is performed to my satisfaction. The issue/issues have been corrected. Whitney setup the appointment. Mike was the technician that came out the next day. Everything went as Whitney explained it would. Mike was here for 90-minutes. Everything checked to be running smoother.

Mr. Bowles was the technician that came out to service the Garage Door Opener. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than 2PM for the 2-6 PM Service Window. He listened patiently to the explanation of the multiple issues being experienced with the GDO. He answered with the possible resolutions and cost. He was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He spent 10 minutes explaining the operation, the warranties, and the charges. Very happy with the professionalism of the representative of the company. I was more than impressed with the Precision's scheduling and follow up. I worked as a Service & Parts representative for 12 years and found that Precision delivered upon everything we strove for in delivering outstanding service.

For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision for their timeliness, professionalism and honest evaluation of the equipment.

They were here when they said they would be. Looked over the door and made suggestions as to want they could do and gave an estimate. They went to work and had my door updated and working in less than an hour. Very happy with the service. The guys were polite and friendly and very professional.

My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision overhead garage door service. I called last night at 8:30PM because my garage door wouldn't go all the way down and stay down, it'd shoot right back up. I found you guys on the internet and decided to give a call figuring I'd leave a message, however, a very friendly phone operator answered promptly and told me they could get a technician out to me today between 2 and 4PM. Technician John called me at 2:10 and said he'd be at my place within 30 minutes and he was right there when he said he would be. He was very professional and thorough, asked me what I had going on so I explained it to him and immediately he made me feel at ease by getting right to work checking out the door to see what was causing my issue. He found what the issue was and fixed it promptly.....maybe 20 minutes tops and that was including me testing the door multiple times before he left. He answered any and all questions I had, explained it so that even I could understand it, had me test the door while he was still at my residence to make absolutely sure it worked as it should before leaving and even asked me if I had any further questions or concerns for him. All around professionalism and I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with you guys to help me with my garage door issue. 10/10 will absolutely recommend and will do business with you in the future.
