I called at 9:30 am Monday morning because our garage door broke due to the winter temperatures being below zero. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call that they would be coming out between 10 and 2. They arrived and had the door fixed before 11:30 am. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their service. They also gave me pricing options; they were honest and very professional. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Doors and would use them again, no question!

Steve was fantastic and came even after Winter Storm Fern hit our town. No delays, no worries about rescheduling. Great customer service, extremely personable with an easy lay out of the estimate and items that need to be fixed. Was done in under an hour and even fixed a portion of the garage that he saw was damaged and didn’t need to but did anyways. We’re calling precision and no one else.

Steven and his helper were fantastic. Our garage door spring broke in the middle of the night and we were trapped with both cars in the garage and no way to open the door. They provided me several options for the service and did not hard sell or pressure me in any way. Service was quick and professional.
