Service was excellent from making the appointment and Anthony who came to repair the door the next morning. In addition to the repair, he inspected everything on the door to make sure it was in good working order. Very professional attitude and explained everything he did. Contacted Precision Garage Door services witn a broken cable/springs on one of our garage doors, and within less than one hour a technician was already working and fixing the issue. The technician Steven Thayer was very professional with his suggestion on how he was going to fix the problem and how much the cost was going to be. We were very satisfied on how the 1st repaired garage door came out, that we had the second door done at the same time. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out.
