Very hard these days to find someone to come on time and do a professional job. The service technician Steven T was a knowable and answered all my questions about the repair. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if needed. As a additional note the prices were fair. Good help is hard to find.

The Tech., Steven arrived on time as promised. He explained everything to me. I selected the Platinum Double Rebuild Package. Steven was very personable and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. The work was done very efficiently to include neatness, securing the door that everything was in working order. I was also impressed with the quick response once I made a call. Knowing the BBB rating was another plus.

Your response time and overall service was exceptional. The gentleman who responded was professional, reviewed and tested my doors system, explained what had to be done, had the necessary parts and equipment, certainly the knowledge to perform the task and was able to do so alone as I had to leave for a late appointment. I'm pretty stingy with 5 star reviews but I've been happy with this job since my first phone call. Super friendly, experts in the field, and reasonable cost. No way would I have saved enough to justify doing it myself. I actually made the call based on their commercial while watching local news channel 3. The installers, Gerry and Jr, were professional, punctual, and there quality of work was outstanding. They finished up 1-2 hours before they estimated. Nothing left behind. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends.

Precision overhead door put our garage door and opener in our new garage back in 1982 and the door is still beautiful and the opener still worked but I wanted a quieter opener and just felt it was time to upgrade, the installer came yesterday and after installation went over a few things as there have been a few changes in 39 years and the door opening and closing is very quiet and smooth.We have had repairs done and the service has always been great and the people are efficient and polite…

I called Precision because they had a nearby location in Clay, NY. Initial contact advised service would be provided that same day. Technician called within scheduled 2 hour timeframe and arrived less than 30 minutes later as promised. His picture was provided so I knew exactly who to expect. Estimates were provided and all my questions were answered. Very pleased with the service provided.

I called Precision Door to fix my Garage Door. I called them because their web site clearly indicated that they did service work. One of the steel cables snapped and lifting the door manually was a real pain. I called on a tuesday and their service technician Scott was at my house the next afternoon as scheduled. He explained everything is very clear details as what were my options and the associated costs. We agreed on what I wanted done. He had all of the parts in his truck and completed the entire job quickly. Exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, prepared and completed as agreed upon. I'm sure when I decide to upgrade I'll give them the first call.
