Your technician, Joe, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. We checked the operation which ran smoothly and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.

Exceeded my expectation, great customer service and quick response (Same day) ! I would give 5 starts except I thought prices was a little high. That being said people are willing to pay a little more for good service and quick response! Scott Fowler was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He calmly and professionally went through all my options. I ended up having opener repaired as it roughly 30 days before Christmas. I plan on replacing the garage door in the spring so I will definitely call you back for estimates. Thank you for a great job!

Work completed in 15 min. I had a broken wire was charged $189.The door 2 yrs old.was given 2 estimates for what he thought I should do over$500 and $800 I declined. Be careful!!!!

I hope you are not serious that your door is only 2 years old because we feel you may have been taken for a ride considering the poor condition. The price of $189 includes tax and travel to your home as well as the time we spend there making the repair. This amount for the repair is minimum type of charge in line with the industry standard. Most companies charge around $100 just to show up, we waive our service charge.

Precision came out and fixed my garage door. I could tell the parts that they used were far superior to the existing parts. Mike the technician was cordial and professional. We were very pleased with the service we received from technician, Michael Holbok, from Precision today. Our problem was a little complex, in that it had to do with the electrical board, but after trying several things that was the final determination. Michael installed a new door opener in less than an hour and it works like a charm. Also, it is so quiet you can hardly tell that the door is going up and down. We highly recommend Precision.
