Our garage door opener was “destroyed “ by a power surge after power was restored by National Grid. I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!
