Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

After 17 years my old garage door opener needed to be replaced. That night I searched the web for a reputable company & discovered Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The next morning I called for an appointment & within 2 hours the tech was at my house to assess my current system. He was extremely patient, informative & did not pressure me into anything more than I needed. I have nothing but praise for the tech, the service rendered & the convenience & quietness of my new garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company for someone in need of a new garage door system.

I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!

From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.
