Four years ago one of my friends in the remodeling trade referred me to Precision for a new garage door. I was very pleased with the ease of getting the job done and the professionalism of the installer and for the operation of the door for the last four years. For some unknown reason, the cable popped off on the Sunday evening before I was to leave for a week's vacation. My early morning call promised an afternoon service call, but then I got a call from the service tech for 9:00 AM. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes flat and my bill was $.00! Many thanks to Precision for the excellent experience!!

I was happy that I was appointment fast. I was fine with the service fee. It’s understandable but the thing that was very frustrating. Was everything was up sale. I was told the wrong price on the item that I got, which was super annoying. He told me it was $75 and then he told me after they where installing it was the wrong price $95 for each piece. The piece was already in the garage so I just paid for it, but after the fact, I was like I should’ve told him you messed up and I should not have to pay for all this. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I literally had to sage my garage to get the negative energy out of the garage because I did not want my garage to fall over because of this person telling me that I need a new door when. The springs are going to go anything is going to go literally anything in the garage is just gonna fall apart. I don’t appreciate that negative energy. I just wanted you to fix my garage door. I had another company come over and tell me that my door was fine. The door is fine. I’ve been here for 10 years plus and I’ve never had an issue with the door. I just feel like there was a lot of up sale and price swapping. I thought I was calling another company and I wish that I would’ve said no and it only took him 45 minutes to do the work. I got charged for the full hour. Which is fine I’m not mad about this, but I’m just annoyed that it was an easy fix and I should not have done the ups sale.

Mike was excellent. I needed a remote and general maintenance of my garage door opener. Mike was very thorough with what was needed and did the job very quickly even though I have a drop ceiling in my garage. He managed to lubricant the rails and recommend new rollers which he showed me how poorly they were operating. He was also able to get a new remote working for me as the opener is a bit old but still working fine. I will surely call Precision when I am ready to replace it.

I would like to say that the process with Precision, very much like the name, was easy and precise. Our technician, Steve, was very professional and explained the options to me. He had the gear on the truck, and was done quite promptly. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs opener or door repair or replacement. Rich Keene.

My door stopped going up or down. I called and they showed up at 8:30 the next morning as promised. Problem solved when he removed the item I had placed in front of the electric eye, by mistake. He then gave the door a review, and left me with a lot of information on maintenance, all at no charge. Alex M. Turkett

I could not be happier with the service performed by Precision in Syracuse. I was in need of a garage door opener installed. After contacting Precision, Technician Brandon promptly called me back and fully explained the options and pricing. Brandon patiently answered every question I had and is a very knowledgeable technician. To my surprised, Brandon was able to come out to my house that same day, with a fully stocked truck and install the garage door opener. The service by Brandon was exceptional. He explained everything he was installing, explained all the features, and the operation/programming of the unit. I highly recommend Precision, especially due to Brandon's expertise, professionalism, quality of service and prompt installation. Thank you again, top notch service.

I needed a repair on two doors at my house. Rails had corroded, a cable had broken and springs needed to be replaced. I had heard good things about Precision from neighbors and online on Facebook. The appointment booking process was so simple and easy. Steve arrived and in very short order had completed the repairs and now both doors work practically like new with new wheels, replacement rails and springs. Steve was EXCELLENT! Great job!

This is my 2nd opportunity for me to experience Precision and I have recommended your company to both friends and neighbors. My current problem was solved within 1 hour and now I am able to open and shut my door! Mike and his assistant easily assessed the problem, explained options for repair and completed the project. After a thorough explanation and 'walk-through', I was all set. Exceptional service!
