Incredibly quick response ! Within 15 minutes of calling, I had an appointment confirmation and Anthony and Steve were on their way. They were both personable and knowledgable, and had our door up and running in short order. In fact, our 23 year old garage door has served us well, but the time has come, and we ordered an upgrade on the spot. I hope to see both Anthony and Steve for my new installation. Easy choice to use these folks in the future ...

Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

Saw the advertisement on TV. My LiftMaster Garage door opener was acting up. Called early morning and scheduled a same day appointment. The guy introduced himself, asked what was going on, evaluated our setup, walked us through the options and provided a solution. Great services, friendly, professional and trustworthy.

My technician, Joe, was experience courteous and professional. He assess what was wrong, gave me options on pricing and explained the difference. Precision was very quick in their response to my need, just 3 after Christmas and one after the spring broke. Cost was a little high compare to 8 years ago. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

The garage door purchased through Precision looks fantastic- 100% improvement over the old wood door. The installation crew led by Gerry took the time to fit the door perfectly, Gerry called to make sure the window section was where I wanted it to be, and everything was cleaned up before they left. From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.

Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

After 17 years my old garage door opener needed to be replaced. That night I searched the web for a reputable company & discovered Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The next morning I called for an appointment & within 2 hours the tech was at my house to assess my current system. He was extremely patient, informative & did not pressure me into anything more than I needed. I have nothing but praise for the tech, the service rendered & the convenience & quietness of my new garage door opener. I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!
