Mike was excellent. I needed a remote and general maintenance of my garage door opener. Mike was very thorough with what was needed and did the job very quickly even though I have a drop ceiling in my garage. He managed to lubricant the rails and recommend new rollers which he showed me how poorly they were operating. He was also able to get a new remote working for me as the opener is a bit old but still working fine. I will surely call Precision when I am ready to replace it.

My door stopped going up or down. I called and they showed up at 8:30 the next morning as promised. Problem solved when he removed the item I had placed in front of the electric eye, by mistake. I needed a repair on two doors at my house. Rails had corroded, a cable had broken and springs needed to be replaced. I had heard good things about Precision from neighbors and online on Facebook. The appointment booking process was so simple and easy. Steve arrived and in very short order had completed the repairs and now both doors work practically like new with new wheels, replacement rails and springs. Steve was EXCELLENT! Great job!
