Our torsion spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. Googled broken torsion spring and Precision Garage Door Service came up. I called them, made an appointment and they were here within 40 minutes! He did a great job replacing the parts needed, had everything with him and was a great price. My garage door spring broke at 12:30 pm on a Friday. I called Precision garage door and my garage door was fixed by 3 pm the same day! The technician explained everything and was friendly and professional. I was worried my car would be stuck in my garage all weekend. I definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

Anthony showed up and spent a considerable amount of time evaluating the system issue. in the end, he replaced the opener with a new super quite unit. in addition, he made some adjustments to the door spring and now the door works better than ever. On top of being very friendly and upbeat, Anthony cleaned up his work area. This is a service worth calling.

Precision Garage Door is amazing! They replaced my old motors with newer, better, quieter ones. One thousand times better than genie!! Knowledgeable and friendly technicians installed the new opener very quickly. Office staff was very friendly and responsive.

Anthony was wonderful..... truly good at what he does !! It was a very snowy and cold day but that did not prevent or lead to any delays. I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

We called at approximately 3:30 and the owner was here by 4:30. We couldn’t open our door and he fixed it as good as new. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work. Very friendly and polite. If I could give more stars I would.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)
