I was happy that I was appointment fast. I was fine with the service fee. It’s understandable but the thing that was very frustrating. Was everything was up sale. I was told the wrong price on the item that I got, which was super annoying. He told me it was $75 and then he told me after they where installing it was the wrong price $95 for each piece. The piece was already in the garage so I just paid for it, but after the fact, I was like I should’ve told him you messed up and I should not have to pay for all this. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I literally had to sage my garage to get the negative energy out of the garage because I did not want my garage to fall over because of this person telling me that I need a new door when. The springs are going to go anything is going to go literally anything in the garage is just gonna fall apart. I don’t appreciate that negative energy. I just wanted you to fix my garage door. I had another company come over and tell me that my door was fine. The door is fine. I’ve been here for 10 years plus and I’ve never had an issue with the door. I just feel like there was a lot of up sale and price swapping. I thought I was calling another company and I wish that I would’ve said no and it only took him 45 minutes to do the work. I got charged for the full hour. Which is fine I’m not mad about this, but I’m just annoyed that it was an easy fix and I should not have done the ups sale.

I have a manual door and I needed a new lock put on and I thought it was a little expensive over $200. I just thought it was a little expensive. But on the flipside, the tech was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and was actually a lot earlier than they said that they were going to show which helped me out.

Installer was quick to install the garage door opener. The only thing he did incorrect is not see the pre-wired garage for the door opener.

Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.
