A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. A pleasure to have a company and employee for their company that knew what he was doing and helped me immediately so I could use my garage door with winter right around the corner. THANK YOU!!!! My sister had Precision fix her garage door and she highly recommended them.

I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.

Saw there truck down the road from my house at another home and I have been having trouble with my garage door. So I call to get an appointment and got one promptly. The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers. They explained what was going on so I could definitely understand. They were able to do the work that evening even though it was after 5 pm. They were very respectful of my home. I was very glad I made that phone call

After breaking an extension spring last night, I called this morning and had a technician on-site within hours. The woman who dispatched my call was wonderful, thorough, and professional. A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I experienced a significant garage door difficulty this past Saturday evening. I contacted the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service helpline and was in immediate contact with a live person. A service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday. The service technician, Scott, arrived precisely at the scheduled time and was both professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. More importantly, he also explained why I would not need more expensive services. Scott completed the job promptly and subsequently explained the work in detail. I was quite pleased with both the job outcome as well as the price. I rarely provide feedback in this manner. However, I feel the quality of work warranted such a response.
