The opener was not working properly. The repair person did a "tune up" of the door and opener. Today the opener is still not working

Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.

Katherine, We're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Just for clarification, we charge a service fee to come out to the house to make repairs. Upon our arrival you couldn't determine whether you wanted to perform the work required or purchase a new door. Should you choose which you would like that fee would be credited toward whichever you choose.

Work completed in 15 min. I had a broken wire was charged $189.The door 2 yrs old.was given 2 estimates for what he thought I should do over$500 and $800 I declined. Be careful!!!!

I hope you are not serious that your door is only 2 years old because we feel you may have been taken for a ride considering the poor condition. The price of $189 includes tax and travel to your home as well as the time we spend there making the repair. This amount for the repair is minimum type of charge in line with the industry standard. Most companies charge around $100 just to show up, we waive our service charge.

We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it). If you can't cash it, we'll mail you another one with correct spelling. Sorry and Thanks. Kirk Ellis.
