The service was excellent from my initial phone explaining charges clearly and making the appointment. The technician arrived in the designated time frame, assessed the problem, explained the cost and had the needed materials delivered. The remote operator was installed and the technician demonstrated it and made sure I could do as well. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

We called at approximately 3:30 and the owner was here by 4:30. We couldn’t open our door and he fixed it as good as new. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work. Very friendly and polite. If I could give more stars I would.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)

Anthony was wonderful..... truly good at what he does !! It was a very snowy and cold day but that did not prevent or lead to any delays. Very professional assessed the situation perfectly and outlined all my possible solutions. Finished exactly when he said he would. We are very happy with our new garage door and how quiet it is !!
