I had concern regarding my door. I had Mr. Scott Fowler provide evaluation and service. I could not be happier with the decision to do the repair today. Mr. Fowler was profession, pleasant and a gentelman. I had surgery a few weeks ago and he did everything in his power to facilitate me seeing what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cost. I whole heartily endorse this company and will be a long term customer

Exceeded my expectation, great customer service and quick response (Same day) ! I would give 5 starts except I thought prices was a little high. That being said people are willing to pay a little more for good service and quick response! Scott Fowler was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He calmly and professionally went through all my options. I ended up having opener repaired as it roughly 30 days before Christmas. I plan on replacing the garage door in the spring so I will definitely call you back for estimates. Thank you for a great job!

Scott was your tech that came. He did an excellent job and answered my questions and explained what the garage door needed. This isn’t the first door that has broke like ours did yesterday. I knew what happened and how to fix it. He did everything right and did not try to up sell the repair needs.

The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.
Katherine, We're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Just for clarification, we charge a service fee to come out to the house to make repairs. Upon our arrival you couldn't determine whether you wanted to perform the work required or purchase a new door. Should you choose which you would like that fee would be credited toward whichever you choose.
