A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

Yesterday, Scott came to repair my garage door. It was one of the worse weather days we have had, cold,windy, and snow. He came was very positive, gave me his recommendations, finished the job and explained what he did, and cleaned up . I found him to be helpful, honest, and professional. I experienced a significant garage door difficulty this past Saturday evening. I contacted the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service helpline and was in immediate contact with a live person. A service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday. The service technician, Scott, arrived precisely at the scheduled time and was both professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. More importantly, he also explained why I would not need more expensive services. Scott completed the job promptly and subsequently explained the work in detail. I was quite pleased with both the job outcome as well as the price. I rarely provide feedback in this manner. However, I feel the quality of work warranted such a response. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for any of your garage door needs.

I had concern regarding my door. I had Mr. Scott Fowler provide evaluation and service. I could not be happier with the decision to do the repair today. Mr. Fowler was profession, pleasant and a gentelman. I had surgery a few weeks ago and he did everything in his power to facilitate me seeing what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cost. I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options. I ended up purchasing a new unit as that seemed to be the best route forward. They were professional and timely and the opener has stopped opening on its own. I would recommend.

The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)

I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!

Mike noticed there was a safety issue with the other door and explained how and why it needed to be fixed also.
