Excellent job completed by Precision Garage Door service. Logan showed up on time and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced all appropriately needed parts and was in and out in a couple of hours. He has saved me trips to the chiropractor. Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

My technician, Joe, was experience courteous and professional. He assess what was wrong, gave me options on pricing and explained the difference. Precision was very quick in their response to my need, just 3 after Christmas and one after the spring broke. Cost was a little high compare to 8 years ago.
