I first called another door company and they said they could not get there until the 23 0f october the next company did not call back until 3 hours later when the job was done by precision. This was my first experience with Percision and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for service that same day. Our technician, Michael, was friendly and knowledgable and was able to point out other problems that would have caused future failure. Various repair options were given and at no time did I feel preasured or over sold. It took the technician approximately two hours to preform what I would consider a complicated repair and they took away the old parts. I would highly recommend this company and would use Precision again in the future without reservation.
