From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.

After breaking an extension spring last night, I called this morning and had a technician on-site within hours. The woman who dispatched my call was wonderful, thorough, and professional. The technician was phenomenal. Scott explained what needed to be done thoroughly and worked fast to replace the necessary parts, no upselling, no b.s. Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I experienced a significant garage door difficulty this past Saturday evening. I contacted the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service helpline and was in immediate contact with a live person. A service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday. The service technician, Scott, arrived precisely at the scheduled time and was both professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. More importantly, he also explained why I would not need more expensive services. Scott completed the job promptly and subsequently explained the work in detail. I was quite pleased with both the job outcome as well as the price. I rarely provide feedback in this manner. However, I feel the quality of work warranted such a response. I had concern regarding my door. I had Mr. Scott Fowler provide evaluation and service. I could not be happier with the decision to do the repair today. I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options. The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)
