Technician Anthony Femano was on time. Went through everything he felt would be necessary for a proper repair with me before starting. Went above and beyond by making some adjustments to the garage door opener which was not part of the job so that it work better. Would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a door repair or is looking for a new door

Anthony showed up and spent a considerable amount of time evaluating the system issue. in the end, he replaced the opener with a new super quite unit. in addition, he made some adjustments to the door spring and now the door works better than ever. On top of being very friendly and upbeat, Anthony cleaned up his work area. This is a service worth calling.

The new garage door opener was installed on time, and was so quiet that I didn't even know that it was being used because it was so quiet. The service man explained how everything worked.

In the last couple of years, the professionals at Precision have completely replaced one of our two garage doors and replaced the openers for both doors. Their work is excellent & their prices are very fair and, most importantly to me, service after the sale is excellent as well.

Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.

December 22, Friday before Christmas, one of the torsion spring broke on our garage door, I called several companies and no one could come until after Christmas. We do garage our cars and it’s our main entrance. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out that very day. Cody called me with an eta and showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be done and gave advice on other parts that should probably be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and we are able to use our door again. Thank you for the exceptional services, I will definitely recommend Precision and Cody in the future!

Anthony was wonderful..... truly good at what he does !! It was a very snowy and cold day but that did not prevent or lead to any delays. Very professional assessed the situation perfectly and outlined all my possible solutions. Finished exactly when he said he would. We are very happy with our new garage door and how quiet it is !!

The service was excellent from my initial phone explaining charges clearly and making the appointment. The technician arrived in the designated time frame, assessed the problem, explained the cost and had the needed materials delivered. The remote operator was installed and the technician demonstrated it and made sure I could do as well. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We had a Garage Door installed today. Precision Overhead Garage Door Company was absolutely a positive experience from start to finish. Ordering from Joe and then having Jason the Installer are 2 employees who are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are so happy and satisfied with our new door that exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful company! Also, your advertisement that runs on the local channels with the little boy always brings a smile to our face. Do not hesitate to do business with this Company.

I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.
