We called at approximately 3:30 and the owner was here by 4:30. We couldn’t open our door and he fixed it as good as new. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work. Very friendly and polite. If I could give more stars I would.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)

Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.

The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers.
