Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

The installation crew led by Gerry took the time to fit the door perfectly, Gerry called to make sure the window section was where I wanted it to be, and everything was cleaned up before they left. One of Our problems wasn’t addressed. The doors are squealing so the tech recommended replacing the rollers. The squealing is loud and just as persistent as before the new rollers.
