We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. The technician was quick, fixed the problem correctly, and was friendly, respectful and explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and told us the cost up front. Will call again if we need to, a positive experience.

I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.

We are very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We were able to schedule a service call at MY convenience and the communication regarding the window of time was clearly relayed to us. Also, a text was sent when they were on their way. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our spring repair and provided us with options. He performed the repair in a timely manner and was pleasant to deal with. Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!
