Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.
