Excellent Excellent Excellent! Had a broken cable and a door that was wedged and wouldn’t open or close 2 days before Xmas.. Called early afternoon and had someone first thing next morning on Xmas Eve. Saved my Xmas .. Door was 15 years old so got 2 new cables new rollers and new spring.. Steve I think did a great job and door is good as new.. Also provided a 5 year warranty ..

I called precision door by mistake,thought I was calling overhead door, but I am glad I did.The lady on the phone was super nice.She made an appointment that afternoon,I received a text confirmation,and when the tech was running late ,he called me to let me know,and showed up right on time.He fixed my door ,gave me lots of advice on maintaining it to prevent future problems,and was done in 30 minutes.Best service I have had to get something fixed ,especialy considering both vehicles were in the garage and the door wouldn't open at all due to a broken spring.
