I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.

Anthony came out to do an estimate and was able to install the new garage door opener right then! It was quick and easy...and he even swept the garage after :-) Anthony was very professional and I am so appreciative of the quick turnaround. I would highly recommend using Precision!

Precision is our go-to repair service for all of our garage door maintenance. We've used them 3 times for routine maintenance and a recent repair, and the excellent service remains consistent. Saw there truck down the road from my house at another home and I have been having trouble with my garage door. So I call to get an appointment and got one promptly. The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers. They explained what was going on so I could definitely understand. They were able to do the work that evening even though it was after 5 pm. They were very respectful of my home. I was very glad I made that phone call

Fantastic service! I called with a garage door operating problem late morning on Friday and had service techs here two hours later. They immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked other potential problems. They provided a surge protector and showed me some routine maintenance steps I can do. The service was included in the generous 5-year warranty. The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We chose Precision Door Service based on their quality, service, and professionalism. We were not disappointed with our choice. Purchased 2 garage doors and openers and had them installed. The installer was Carter who called before he arrived with his ETA. He was very professional removing old garage doors and openers, installing new doors and openers, and clean up when he was finished. Carter answered all our questions and concerns. Incredibly quick response ! Within 15 minutes of calling, I had an appointment confirmation and Anthony and Steve were on their way. They were both personable and knowledgable, and had our door up and running in short order. In fact, our 23 year old garage door has served us well, but the time has come, and we ordered an upgrade on the spot. I hope to see both Anthony and Steve for my new installation.
