I have a manual door and I needed a new lock put on and I thought it was a little expensive over $200. I just thought it was a little expensive. But on the flipside, the tech was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and was actually a lot earlier than they said that they were going to show which helped me out.

My garage door spring broke at 2 PM rendering my door completely closed. I called Precision and was impressed with the entire experience from the initial phone call with the woman who answered the phone to inquire about service to the completion of my repairs. The super quick response was appreciated.The tech Mike was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining all of my repair options and the total costs. Mike also explained the whole repair process along the way and encouraged me to ask any questions. I was totally pleased with the work done and Mike’s performance. I will be needing a garage door opener shortly and rest assured I will be calling Precision when it’s time to purchase. I will also be asking for Mike as the Tech again because he did such a great job with the repair.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had with your company. I was extremely disappointed with the misleading information I was given and the overall unprofessional conduct of your representative. I was told I needed services that were completely unnecessary. Rather than assisting with the simple task of resetting my passcode, your representative attempted to pressure me into purchasing a new remote control or an entirely new door system—neither of which I needed. I found this approach to be deceptive and inappropriate. Additionally, I was initially quoted $149 for the service, which I believe was excessive given the circumstances. Only after I questioned the charge was it reduced to $79, which further raised concerns about the integrity of your pricing practices. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable doing business with your company in the future and would not recommend your services to others. Precision Garage Service knocked it out of the park. I chose this company based on a review by someone I know. Brandon called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled appt. He gave me anticipated eta and showed up as he said. There is something to be said when the service provider introduces himself, maintains eye contact, smiles and shakes your hand. Everything was explained well in advance and when job was completed, Brandon reviewed what was accomplished. There was no high pressure "upsell". It was nice to receive a prompt email thanking me for my business along with an attached invoice and guarantee. Again, pleased with professionalism and service provided.

This was our first experience with Precision Door and it was very good. Michael arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and advised us of what the best solution would be. He came back the next morning and installed two new motors with sensors, remotes, and keypads in record time. He answered all our questions. The price was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with the job done and would recommend Michael to anyone who needs repairs on their overhead doors.

The technician Michael that repaired our garage door was very knowledgeable and professional very nice person . He repaired our garage door he could not reset the opener because our power was out because of the storm he explained to me how to reset it when power came back on. Michael left I called your company back to see if Michael was still in our area because our power came on the nice lady at your business said give me a moment she came back on the phone and said Michael could come back and reset the opener he came back in like 10 minutes reset our opener. Great customer services . If I had check you web site I would have asked for a senior discount and I missed out on a 15.00 coupon

I am a new home owner by inheritance. The garage doors are the original doors and are over 50 years old. It was tired and the springs broke and the cables were worn out. We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Precision Door and our technician Steven T. We called yesterday afternoon about a repair, the appt was made for today between 8 and 10. The technician called first, was right on time and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout (a rare thing these days). After 30 years, we are due for 3 new garage doors so he walked my wife and I through the many different options, discussed our needs, provided suggestions and savings opportunities and we made the order. The company policy is repair is free if order within 30 days so no charge today to get us back in business. We look forward to writing another good review when our new doors and operators are installed soon.

My door stopped going up or down. I called and they showed up at 8:30 the next morning as promised. Problem solved when he removed the item I had placed in front of the electric eye, by mistake. I could not be happier with the service performed by Precision in Syracuse. I was in need of a garage door opener installed. After contacting Precision, Technician Brandon promptly called me back and fully explained the options and pricing. Brandon patiently answered every question I had and is a very knowledgeable technician. To my surprised, Brandon was able to come out to my house that same day, with a fully stocked truck and install the garage door opener. The service by Brandon was exceptional. He explained everything he was installing, explained all the features, and the operation/programming of the unit.
