Very happy with the job done and the technician Logan Cottrell. He knew what he was doing and was very pleasant. He explained everything to me. He showed up on time and worked on the door. I purchased a remote and he programed it for me. Overall, he did a great job. I will tell people about how pleased I am with the service and repair job done. We’re so glad we found this company to fix our issue with our garage door. They were prompt, professional and friendly. We were so happy they could fix our issue on the same day we called. When my garage spring broke, Precision came through for me with same day service. I’m impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Logan was pleasant and polite, explained the quote before starting the job, fixed the door quickly and made the whole experience straightforward and easy.

Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

Logan did a GREAT job on putting in my new opener. He was very friendly, professional, and worked very quickly with no mess. He took the time to explain everything. Price was fair too!! Saw the advertisement on TV. My LiftMaster Garage door opener was acting up. Called early morning and scheduled a same day appointment. My honest opinion, the service was amazing. I got a text and call prior to my tech coming out to visit and he was totally professional, polite and prepared. Joe was skilled in his craft and walked me through the system that I had and started with the smallest steps to fix my issue. He did not try to upsell me or anything. I had an issue with a remote not working to open and close the door. The technician was courteous. He checked out the remote and tried it. The remote still didn't function. He got another new remote out of his truck. He synced it to the opener. It's now working fine. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service.

It took some time to get our garage doors but worth the wait. The company is very professional and courteous. The doors are well made. The technicians worked hard the full day, i dont even think they took a break. Very professional!

My technician, Joe, was experience courteous and professional. He assess what was wrong, gave me options on pricing and explained the difference. Precision was very quick in their response to my need, just 3 after Christmas and one after the spring broke. Cost was a little high compare to 8 years ago. I would recommend Precision to my friends.
