Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service the evening of 12/20/22. Anthony was at my house the next morning. He assessed the situation quickly and explained what had to be done. The repairs were done promptly and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service!! The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The technician called immediately to tell us he could be at our house within twenty minutes. He repaired our door in less than two hours. (Our cars were stuck in our garage because we could not lift the door. Our son is getting married this week, so we were anxious to get the repair done soon). Precision saved our lives!!!

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. A pleasure to have a company and employee for their company that knew what he was doing and helped me immediately so I could use my garage door with winter right around the corner. THANK YOU!!!! My sister had Precision fix her garage door and she highly recommended them.

Very hard these days to find someone to come on time and do a professional job. The service technician Steven T was a knowable and answered all my questions about the repair. We are very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We were able to schedule a service call at MY convenience and the communication regarding the window of time was clearly relayed to us. Also, a text was sent when they were on their way. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our spring repair and provided us with options. He performed the repair in a timely manner and was pleasant to deal with. The Tech., Steven arrived on time as promised. He explained everything to me. I selected the Platinum Double Rebuild Package. Steven was very personable and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. The work was done very efficiently to include neatness, securing the door that everything was in working order. I was also impressed with the quick response once I made a call. Knowing the BBB rating was another plus.

Your response time and overall service was exceptional. The gentleman who responded was professional, reviewed and tested my doors system, explained what had to be done, had the necessary parts and equipment, certainly the knowledge to perform the task and was able to do so alone as I had to leave for a late appointment.
