Service was excellent from making the appointment and Anthony who came to repair the door the next morning. In addition to the repair, he inspected everything on the door to make sure it was in good working order. Very professional attitude and explained everything he did. My garage door needed repair. I called Precision. Within an hour I got a call from the technician, Anthony, that he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly assessed my problem, prepared a quote for repair, and explained everything to me. He had all the necessary parts on the truck and repaired everything. My garage door has not worked this well since I have owned this house. Anthony was polite and professional. He did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable.

Brandon came out as scheduled and provided exemplary customer service and repaired the garage door with the recommended replacement parts. If you don't believe me have Precision come out at no charge because seeing it is worth your time and money.

After waiting 5 fruitless hours for another garage door repair service company to arrive, I was desperate to get my car out of the garage! I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained my problem. I was given a 2-6 pm window for a repair. To my surprise, he (Joe Hall) arrived by 2:30, repaired the door as well as another issue that would was soon to become a problem, and was gone in 45 minutes! Fast, informative, and efficient…... he did an outstanding job! I highly recommend the company and Mr. Hall.

Our technician, Brian McWayne, called to give us a ETA and he arrived on time. Our remote (which we got from Precision 2 yrs ago) was malfunctioning. He was able to get it working again. Brian was very professional, courteous, and informative. He showed us how to remove a difficult to open remote cover and gave us the battery number. He was able to get the remote working again. In our book Brian is a "keeper" for you company. If needed, we will use Precision again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Precision Door has always been prompt to answer my service needs. Mike came to adjust the opening and closing of one of my garage doors. The door was not staying shut but returning to the open position each time I attempted to close it. I had tried several times to make the adjustment myself to no avail. Mike took care of the issue right away when he arrived. His quick assessment of the issue was reassuring. Mike was professional and personable during his time fixing the issue.
