Our technician, Brian McWayne, called to give us a ETA and he arrived on time. Our remote (which we got from Precision 2 yrs ago) was malfunctioning. He was able to get it working again. Brian was very professional, courteous, and informative. He showed us how to remove a difficult to open remote cover and gave us the battery number. He was able to get the remote working again. In our book Brian is a "keeper" for you company. If needed, we will use Precision again and recommend you to our friends and family.

had a very pleasant first the service person who took my case was most pleasant when she called in answer to my computer query. she set up an appointment for me long before i expected. the service tech who arrived exactly when he said he would.\ he examined the door and explained just what he would suggest as the proper course of action. brandon completed the work when he said he would and then showed and explained his repairs. this was a very well done service from start to finish, i was very impressed

Precision Door has always been prompt to answer my service needs. Mike came to adjust the opening and closing of one of my garage doors. The door was not staying shut but returning to the open position each time I attempted to close it. I had tried several times to make the adjustment myself to no avail. Mike took care of the issue right away when he arrived. His quick assessment of the issue was reassuring. Mike was professional and personable during his time fixing the issue. My garage door spring broke at 2 PM rendering my door completely closed. I called Precision and was impressed with the entire experience from the initial phone call with the woman who answered the phone to inquire about service to the completion of my repairs. The super quick response was appreciated.The tech Mike was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining all of my repair options and the total costs. Mike also explained the whole repair process along the way and encouraged me to ask any questions. I was totally pleased with the work done and Mike’s performance. I will be needing a garage door opener shortly and rest assured I will be calling Precision when it’s time to purchase.
