My garage door needed repair. I called Precision. Within an hour I got a call from the technician, Anthony, that he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly assessed my problem, prepared a quote for repair, and explained everything to me. He had all the necessary parts on the truck and repaired everything. My garage door has not worked this well since I have owned this house. Anthony was polite and professional. He did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment. They came onsite same day and were there within 1 hour of my call. The schedulers were polite and informative. The technician Michael was fabulous. Our technician, Brian McWayne, called to give us a ETA and he arrived on time. Our remote (which we got from Precision 2 yrs ago) was malfunctioning. He was able to get it working again. Brian was very professional, courteous, and informative. He showed us how to remove a difficult to open remote cover and gave us the battery number. He was able to get the remote working again. In our book Brian is a "keeper" for you company. If needed, we will use Precision again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Precision Door has always been prompt to answer my service needs. Mike came to adjust the opening and closing of one of my garage doors. The door was not staying shut but returning to the open position each time I attempted to close it. I had tried several times to make the adjustment myself to no avail.
