Brandon was the tech that provided services for me. He arrived on time, was very courteous, professional, efficient and skilled in his craft. He explained all options, functions and details as I requested, and with kind personality and patience. All materials were with him. I felt very confident with the job, as he did, also. He paid attention to detail and to checking/rechecking the job. He took care of 4 doors. All was working better than ever when he finished. We had Precision Door Service install a door opener last year and were very pleased with the service. We misplaced or lost the remote receivers and needed them to be replaced. We also wanted the opener checked as door appeared a little noisy. Michael Bowles did an excellent job, resetting the codes, etc. The quick response was awesome. The office quickly located and confirmed our information. An appointment was immediately scheduled. Definitely five stars!!!

Anthony Fermano showed up 3 hours after I called today and was wonderful providing door information and quote. (Overhead door was 2 weeks out before they could make it) In addition, my door was stuck and not working at all manually, and he said, "We cant have that" and proceeded to put things back in order and working before he knew whether I would buy a door or not. What great service! I did buy my 2 doors from him right there and then.

Last night the spring broke on our garage door. I did a google search and selected Precision Door because I could schedule an online appointment. By 8:00am this morning, I had received a call from the technician, Mike, letting me know he was on his way. He assessed the door and discussed options. We made our selection and he got to work. As he worked, he found other parts that were damaged and needed replacing. All of this work was done for the agreed price without and additional increase. He also showed me how to reset my garage door opener with the battery backup. He also made a minor adjustment to the springs on the door. There was no charge for his service. The new garage door cables and sensors I had installed 14 months ago appeared to be balky and then I was unable to get the drive chain reconnected after disconnecting. Steve, the Precision technician, arrived at my home within 90 minutes of my call for help. Steve demonstrated what I was doing incorrectly with the disconnected drive chain and that problem instantly disappeared. Then the overhead door that had bounced and refused to close, again and again, quietly and quickly, closed for Steve. Could have been balky due to even a light buildup of ice/snow from recent storms, Steve said. Everything looked fine, Steve told me and should work for years. Steve's explanations and advice were priceless, but so was the service call, literally. No charge! Thank you, Steve and Precision.
