The Precision team was utilized two times in the past month by Tuscarora Golf Glub when overhead doors that are badly needed for our daily operations required repairs. On both occasions the response time to my phone request was within an hour and the repairs completed by the next day. Pricing was also very reasonable. We also received a quote to potentially replace one of the doors that was also timely and reasonable.

Booked appointment on line. Was immediately contacted to confirm. Technician called to see if he could come earlier. Came, assessed door opener issue, explained, offered options, installed, demonstrated new door opener, answered all questions, cleaned up, and left. Super friendly, up front, and engaging. Biggest bonus—same day service. Might have been a little pricey but I didn’t have time to shop around. Based on my experience with Precision I would highly recommend them.

Our garage door was built when our house was constructed 48 years ago. Over the years we have had garage door replacement parts and servicing three or four times. Today was our first with precision doors, and I am very pleased with our outcome. The technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I moved into this home a couple years ago and from the beginning when opening the garage door, it sounded like a truck was pulling in! I happened to be at a neighbors and their garage door hardly made a sound! They said call Precision Doors so that's exactly what I did and luckily for me they had an appointment that afternoon. The technicians arrived as stated and they did a good inspection of my door. They pointed out that the cable was wound too tight and the motor was an older model. The technician offered a couple different options to remedy the issue but being proactive when doing upgrades rather than reactive, I decided to update a couple items. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I could not be happier with the results! Now I can hardly hear the garage door open.....just like my neighbors!! I highly recommend Precision Doors!!

Had an issue with my garage door and needed repair ASAP. I call at 7:45AM and had an appointment for a technician to arrive between 8AM and noon. Within the hour, 8:45AM, the technician arrived and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He was efficient and professional, answering all of my questions. Your service today was nothing short of fabulous! I called Jessica later in the morning because our garage door had broken and we couldn't open it (with the cars inside!). She made an appointment with Mike and Ry and they were here within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly, with Mike showing us various repair scenarios and alternatives. They replaced all the parts in the door and installed a new battery, showing us how to use the remotes, etc. Throughout the period of service they were super polite and informative and showed that they were clearly experts in the repair and installation.
