I moved to my new residence last year and my garage door needed repair. I looked on-line for a repair business and because of the positive reviews for Precision, I called and a representative came out that day and fixed the problem. Last Tuesday, I could not open my garage door. The motor was very old and, again, Mike came out within a couple of hours and replaced the motor and all that went with it. Both times, Mike explained what he needed to do and was very courteous. I am very satisfied with Precision and will always recommend to anyone needing a repair or a new motor. Thank you!!

Outstanding prompt service. Our overhead garage door was operational in a very short period of time after the arrival of Steve (our technician). He discussed every detail before and after his work. As employees go, every company should be so lucky to have someone like him on their staff. Our country could use more courteous and kind human beings such as Steve. If I had anything at all to complain about it would be the cost. It wasn’t out of line from what other companies were quoting but I suspect the horrible tax in the form of tariffs on the American public played a role.

Recently I called your firm to have my garage door repaired. Each time I would push the wall button to lower the garage door I needed to hold the wall button during the entire travel of the door to the floor. If I stopped pushing the button at any time during the doors closure it would immediately stop, reverse direction and return to a fully open status. After just a few moments the repair technician, determined it was a bad garage door floor sensor which caused the door to behave in this manner. He replaced this sensor and everything worked acceptably. Additionally, He noticed that the door did not close completely on one end of the garage floor. He was able to do additional adjustments on the torsion springs that greatly improved the doors closure and alleviated this problem. This was all above and beyond what was needed and I greatly appreciated his efforts to address this situation. I will always tout your firm's professionalism and expertise regarding garage door installations, troubleshooting and repair, Thanks again, for a truly rewarding professional service call !

The spring on my door broke. It was late, 10PM, and I booked, on Precision’s website, an appointment for the next day. At 8AM I got a call from Anthony telling me he was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken spring and some rusted cables, rollers and brackets. All done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Precision and Anthony.

I called in the morning to have an estimate done for a new garage door opener. They set me up for a 2-6 appointment. The tech contacted me that he was on his way, my request, and arrived around 3ish. He gave me the low down on all the new products and the cost. My Craftsman door opener is over 21 years old and works but the wifi connectivity was not working as well. The tech Steve made a comment that he had one in the vehicle and could change it out now. That made the deal right then and there. Steve helped me with getting the app set up, all the remotes working and even got my car on line. He didn't know how to do it but was able to find the setting and got it working. Steve accepted me watching the install on the door and answered all my questions. It was a win win for both of us learning install to car setup. Turns out Steve is from my home town. I see why they get 5 star reviews on line.

Four years ago one of my friends in the remodeling trade referred me to Precision for a new garage door. I was very pleased with the ease of getting the job done and the professionalism of the installer and for the operation of the door for the last four years. For some unknown reason, the cable popped off on the Sunday evening before I was to leave for a week's vacation. My early morning call promised an afternoon service call, but then I got a call from the service tech for 9:00 AM. The problem was fixed in 10 minutes flat and my bill was $.00! Many thanks to Precision for the excellent experience!!

Was so impressed with this company. My garage door would go up but would not go down. My technician ,Steven, was prompt and courteous. It took him seconds to learn there was nothing wrong just dirt on the sensor. He was very personable and helpful explaining to me what to do next time. And to top it off, in a day and age where everyone is ripping everyone off he said there was no charge because he didn’t even do anything. Not even a service call charge for coming to the house. Anthony Femano came to give us a free estimate. He was professional, intelligent and thorough. He first sold us a door and explained that it would take 6-8 weeks. He then "MacGyvered" our broken door so that it would work in the time being: FOR FREE. It was easily the best sales experience I've ever had. Michael upgraded/modernized our 2 overhead garage doors. We contacted Precision because of their great reviews, and we were very happy with the results. This type of work is like a root canal. It's expensive, a bit painful, but you want it done right. Precision did it right.

Yes, thank you for your prompt same day service. Colin our technician was wonderful and corrected the low door issue. Since the cars are not in the garage until the snow flies, there is no way to know if the garage door height was always sent low or not. It is now up to the level of the door frame and my car tailgate can open completely without banging into the bottom of the raised garage door. Fingers crossed this solves the momentary issue. Mike was excellent. I needed a remote and general maintenance of my garage door opener. Mike was very thorough with what was needed and did the job very quickly even though I have a drop ceiling in my garage. He managed to lubricant the rails and recommend new rollers which he showed me how poorly they were operating. He was also able to get a new remote working for me as the opener is a bit old but still working fine. I will surely call Precision when I am ready to replace it.

My 21 year old Genie garage door opener decided it had enough lifting and lowering my garage door yesterday. It waited until the car was in the garage and then slammed shut 3' from the floor. I put this opener in myself, a rebuilt unit from Bargain Outlet, that I got for a good price. In the course of the 21 years, I had a counterweight spring break (boy that will wake you up) and replaced both of them figuring the other side wasn't far behind. The replacements I got were I little weaker than what I needed, but I had no one to advise me at the "Big Box Store". Being 78 years old and retired and not moving as easy as I used too, I looked on line who was close to me and who had good reviews. Precision Garage Door Service met both criteria. Called and got an appointment the next day. Was told the tech would call ahead when he was about a half hour away (he did). Steven was very knowledgeable. He figured out that the springs were to weak for the wood door I had; that the screw drive was stripped out because of the weight it was pulling up and down for so long. "How much to replace the opener and springs?" I asked. "Paying how?" was his reply. "Check" was my answer. He starts pushing numbers on his phone and comes up with number just a tad over $1200. "Well ToTo, we are definitely not at the Home Depot in Kansas". I had recently got a check from the bank because the government forces you to pull a percentage out of your IRA when you are over 70. So I went with it. In 2 hours he was done. I got two remotes, a new outside key pad, a great warranty and door opener that is so quiet when it's working, you would think the belt drive is moving threw a column of wipe cream and when the door comes to rest, it's like it landed on a hundred bags of marshmallows. In closing, I wish I got Precision to do this job 21 years ago. Good People, Good Product, Great Service.
