Our garage door was built when our house was constructed 48 years ago. Over the years we have had garage door replacement parts and servicing three or four times. Today was our first with precision doors, and I am very pleased with our outcome. The technician was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He discussed the repair with us gave us our options and then proceeded to work steadily until the repair was complete. We're back in business and very pleased that we chose precision doors

I moved into this home a couple years ago and from the beginning when opening the garage door, it sounded like a truck was pulling in! I happened to be at a neighbors and their garage door hardly made a sound! They said call Precision Doors so that's exactly what I did and luckily for me they had an appointment that afternoon. The technicians arrived as stated and they did a good inspection of my door. They pointed out that the cable was wound too tight and the motor was an older model. The technician offered a couple different options to remedy the issue but being proactive when doing upgrades rather than reactive, I decided to update a couple items. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I could not be happier with the results! Now I can hardly hear the garage door open.....just like my neighbors!! I highly recommend Precision Doors!!

Had an issue with my garage door and needed repair ASAP. I call at 7:45AM and had an appointment for a technician to arrive between 8AM and noon. Within the hour, 8:45AM, the technician arrived and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He was efficient and professional, answering all of my questions. He did a great job replacing broken spring and suggesting we do the gold package because we use the door so often. All parts replaced lubricated and tested. My wife and I had Stephen Thayer from Precision Garage Door Service work on our doors and he was fantastic! He called giving us an arrival time, he was on time and did excellent work. He explained all the options for he repairs along with the different quotes. He worked quickly and when he was finished our garage doors were functioning perfectly!
